i downloaded Pogo because me and my girlfriend shop A LOT. i went through the sign up process and then it asked to link my bank. I find the bank I’m using and it asks for my member number and password, I put them in (yes, they are correct. And YES I made sure.) and it says that my credentials are incorrect.

i tried to troubleshoot by looking up what was wrong, and it said “your bank might not be listed” but it is literally there, like actually listed when I look it up.

I sent in a support ticket, and no response. no answer. Nothing.

I opened my app one morning logged into someone else’s account and I was able to see the bank they were linked up to, all their purchases. And their e-mail and phone number. I logged out of their account tried to log back into mine and it said I had the wrong password. I reset my password which went to my correct email and when I did at first they told me I needed a different password because the one I entered was found in a DATA BREACH. I then reset my password linked up to my email to something else and went to log back into Pogo . After successfully changing my password it still said I had the wrong password when trying to log back in.... still no idea how to get Into my account snd make sure all my bank data is DELETED.

I downloaded Pogo and went through the sign up process but stopped at the point where I had no choice but to enter my bank info and password. I decided to delete. No one needs access to my banking info other than me. Sorry, but it’s not worth the risk. Plus after reading a review from this past May where someone said they logged on and someone else’s account popped up and they couldn’t get into their own account really made me NOT want to complete the sign up process.
Had Pogo allowed me to sign up without my bank info and just scan the receipts, I would have done it. Definitely deleting.

Best app but could use and updated I really missed out on a lot of cash back because Pogo wouldn’t update automatically I lost a lot of cash back because if this reason and I thought it was because of my app wasn’t updated but it was it really could use a reboot or update or something clearly something is wrong because it was working fine at first and now it’s just notUpdating automatically like it would normally do I mean I lost maybe like 3 weeks of cash back 🤦🏾‍♀️I was so upset when I seen they had expired 🤯😤

The reward potential on Pogo is the best I’ve seen of any survey program, but I’m constantly getting closed out of many of the surveys with a “sorry this survey didn’t work out for you” message, sometimes when I didn’t even start taking it yet. They should do a better job at showing you surveys you actually qualify to take, because it gets frustrating when a survey that’s worth over 1000 points randomly closes you out because of some minuscule detail you entered.

It is really easy to use and does everything for you. The only reason I have 4 instead of 5 is because it does not support capitol one so I have a card that I cannot link because of this. Other than that I have no complaints. It’s and easy way to get a little extra cash just for making everyday purchases.

I’ve been using this app since the beta. So far I have $2.58 after about a month. It is still some return for no effort like scanning receipts and doing easy surveys but it doesn’t seem worth it to click at “claim” for a few minutes (depending on purchase history and last time you checked this app). You need at least $3 to cash out (3,000 points) and most even $60+ purchases max out at 20 points per purchase. App wise it looks very minimalistic and simple to use without need for much instructions.

I like the idea of being able to connect my cards/accounts and it automatically giving me points for my data. It’s a good switch from manually scanning receipts. However, a lot of apps allow you to connect your accounts nowadays.

Something new about Pogo is that you can turn on location tracking to receive location rewards for their partners as well as taking surveys. These are the ones that give you the most points, otherwise you’re only getting fractions of a penny or two for each transaction. Whereas you get 70 points or 7 cents per location reward.

I like the concept and the interface is great. It’s always a good thing to have things automated to improve your quality of life. I’m looking to see what other improvements they can make, so I can change my review to 5 stars.

At first I didn’t believe Pogo would work, but now that I’ve been taking survey’s and earning points for I’d say about 4 months, I made about $50 in points to cash out. It really helps when you don’t have other ways to make money. Yes it’s time consuming, but once you rack up those points with transactions or surveys it’s sure worth it.

After a few days of wondering about customer support, it actually was my error with a typo in my e-mail. Support did find it and corrected the situation so I am now able to log in. I gave 4 stars since it did take me a bit of being “pushy” to get results.

I haven’t used Pogo for long but so far it’s Awesome! I love how it automatically notifies you that you have points to claim. All you have to do is connect your debit/credit cards and you’re off earning points!!! I also love the fact that I can choose to do surveys to earn additional points!

After sending in several complaints about the lack of accessibility with voiceover, I’m glad to finally see the developer who’s taking me seriously, and fix the problems Pogo is hard. Now I can finally use it successfully.

I’ve used quite a few different receipt reward apps and this one has been the easiest to set up and to link cards and even their customer service has been quick with any issues that I’ve had and they have not had many issues at all

Pogo is pretty cool every purchase you get points I do wish the point where based on the size of purchase meaning if you buy 34 $ worth of stuff then maybe 10 or 15 points is better. It will take almost no time to be able to stack up points but still like Pogo I do hope as the company gets bigger that points go up We thanks you all for your time in creating Pogo . Now let help them improve Pogo

I use a lot do apps that require you to scan receipts, half the time not accepting them or having date restrictions. Pogo is awesome and lets you simply apply the purchases you’ve made by tapping a button. All you do is link your credit card accounts through a secure portal. Easy!!

this app is definitely my favorite app out of all the other ones I’ve tried that’s all similar to this app but none of them make it as easy for you as this app does! They pretty much do all of the work for you and all you have to do is just sit back and watch your points rack up just from everyday shopping that you already do on a daily basis anyways! :)

I actually kind of like this app, I don’t get kicked off of as many surveys as other sites, I’ve successfully cashed out twice now, I mean granted it was only 10$ all together, it was still pretty helpful, and it cashed out instantly which was pretty cool too.
I do wish that there were more opportunities to make points, like games or tasks, I’d use it a bunch more if it did

I have to say - I hardly ever right a review! I will rate but not comment!! I just love how easy Pogo is to use! Like your accounts and presto. You get points for places you make purchases! Let’s get signing up everyone lol. I use a lot of apps that require to scan receipts. Ok fine I will keep those we for now lol however this is my by far best one now!! I can not say enough about how easy it is. Even get a few surveys for points.

this app is so easy to use I can’t believe it!!! With Pogo I just link my card and get rewards on ALL of my purchases automatically. They somehow get my receipts digitally for me? MAGIC. Also i Love that they are using plaid to link my cards as well - I have used in a bunch of other apps and it is very safe and secure. Still figuring out how much I’ll be able to earn but seems as much as fetch rewards or the other receipt apps, but so much simpler and less time consuming. The best one out of the bunch by far 🧡❤️💜💙

It is one of those should have must have apps it’s free to download earn money easily just by taking picture of receipts and building up enough points are using the Apple Pay line items and collecting the points and I like to give a special shout out and thank you to the creators who media app and I want to say happy Thanksgiving and Good Friday to everybody

I love cashback apps, I use about 5. This one is extremely nice because it takes no effort whatsoever. Once you link your bank card all your purchases automatically sinc to your account and you get points for. I recommend downloading Pogo if your into using cashback.

I downloaded Pogo a few days ago and I am loving it so much. So easy to use. Love that I can add my debit/credit card and receive rewards from it! Great app! Everyone should download it, you won’t regret it.

I find Pogo much easier than others give shopping rewards. I don’t have to scan anything in and that is much better for me in today’s busy life

As of last night I get a screen telling me something went wrong and have to delete and reinstall Pogo . I’ve done it twice still same error. I’ve been a member since the beginning.... please help me😊

This is a great product. I can link my Chime and Chase card to it seemlessly and reap all the rewards. Very easy set up and takes less than 5 minutes. I feel like this is very easy to use vs. the other cash back rewards options (Like Ibotta, Dosh and Fetch). Requires no work!

It’s super easy and quick to easily select the CLAIM option for all of your recent purchases as they align after connecting your accounts. I love it! Similar to FETCh but this is definitely way more tech savvy and easier for older companions to catch on and earn pts that convert to real money via PayPal/or Venmo of your choice. 💙
