Thinking about saving some money and getting a Pet Stop Invisible Fence instead of the better known brand? DON’T!! This has been the most stressful year of our lives. PetStopLink barely ever works and continuously tells us “Invalid Pin” if it lets us connect at all. I could continue on, but what’s the point. DON’T DO IT!!

I have been using PetStopLink for over a year now. By the time it connects to the collar, usually the dog is done doing the bad habit. I have three dogs using this. When I connect to the dogs collar that needs to be corrected, it will connect to the wrong collar and correct the wrong dog. I then have to remove all of the collars from PetStopLink and reconnect them all to fix this issue. I’ve had to do this multiple times. I would really like to see this fixed!

PetStopLink is great in theory, but does not perform well enough to meet expectations. It takes way way way too long to connect to the collar, by the time it gets connected it’s no longer needed. Also, the range isn’t far enough to be useful and it’s always disconnecting. Please work to improve this because it is useful if it worked properly.

do not rely on PetStopLink to remember the collar itself. everytime you open PetStopLink you have to reinstall the collar being used. there is absolutely no reliability. the collar and app do not connect for about 20/30 mins. if at all. your dog has now moved onto 87 other things before PetStopLink will connect to the collar. and if it does happen to connect, god forbid the dog moves more than 3 feet from you because - you guessed it! it disconnects and you have to start all over! so glad we paid extra to upgrade 🙄 when i called to ask why this was happening they told me to reset the collar by placing it on the dock…. of o have to do this everytime the collar will be on the dock more than the dog?! this is more hassle then it’s worth so far

We have had this for 2 years. PetStopLink is sooooo slow to connect to thw collar and often the behavior is over. It also dowant reach very far. If my dog is in the back yard, it will not connect. Lastly, the lastest update changed the way the data for wanrnings and corrections happen. I hate the calender and wish I could click to see the exact data a correction or warning took place not a date range. I really like the idea of PetStopLink but it needs to be improved.

I have had this for 2 years and PetStopLink needs so much improvement….the battery in PetStopLink is not accurate at ALL !!! I find this very concerning. I paid extra for the added safety of seeing the battery life and I’m not getting that. Very disappointed. Come on you can do better

The fence keeps the dogs in, and the remote from my phone directly to the collar stops them from jumping and baking too much. Best thing ever for an excitable dog!!!

Completely stopped my dog from jumping on people at the front door. It has been life changing!

PetStopLink works as described. It is not a remote trainer for distance, but does do what it's supposed to do. It is a little slow, but overall it a good product.

Like the link App as an add on to my PetStop Fence. Lots of updates along the way, which I appreciate Petstop’s always striving to make it better. Love that I can tone my pups to get their attention and the night light is a god sent.

We’ve had our unseen fence since 2014 and recently got another rescue dog so needed new collar and the fence reflagged. Bernie Knight who is always very responsive took us through the training and showed us how to use PetStopLink which is super simple. I can’t recommend this collar and app enough. Easy to use and when I first saw it open I thought it was intimidating but it’s actually very intuitive. Our dog has adapted to everything very well and it’s given both us and the dog a new level of freedom.

I could not have had a better experience with pet stop as a whole. Everything from quote, to installation to training support was fantastic. Especially the rep who did our installation and training! PetStopLink works great, if you experience issues it’s most likely a Bluetooth issue in your area and not an app issue. Our 2 dogs are fully zone trained in the yard and we are now working on remote and command training.

I chose PetStopLink collar over the non app collar and I am happy that I did. On more than one occasion I have needed the phone correction tool to help with jumping on guests. I was even surprised when I messaged my dealer through PetStopLink on a Sunday asking a silly question and someone actually responded!

I love PetStopLink! It is great for seeing my dogs usage stats and I love the use of Bluetooth for both program adjustments and for a remote training feature! I highly recommend this manufacturer for several reasons but it’s especially great that’s it’s engineered and assembled in the USA!

PetStopLink is amazing! It transforms my Pet Stop collar into a remote trainer that works inside and outside of my Pet Stop dog fence. Now I can use the this when I take my dog on walks or to the park. My GSP responds great to the beep. My dealer is also able to make adjustments to the collar remotely so I don’t have to wait for a visit from them! Highly recommended

I love PetStopLink! Of course it has limitations (Bluetooth distance, you must anticipate the behavior so you’re connect to the collar) but otherwise I find it’s very effective. After a few months I only had to show music the phone if he was about to misbehave! The convenience of changing the shock level myself is awesome!

I’ve recently upgraded from my invisible fence brand collar to this Pet Stop collar for my system. The simple fact I can adjust a correction level on my phone rather than drive to a store so they can do it is a game changer. My dealer explained how to properly use PetStopLink to do exactly what I want it to do. It has never failed me.

Being able to adjust my dogs level from my phone is so easy. My favorite part of PetStopLink is the remote control that activates the collar to curb bad behaviors. I was able to stop my dog from jumping on visitors at the door, and stop the aggressive barking out the windows as other dogs walk by. My dog has calmed down so much since using PetStopLink and being trained by the trainer.

PetStopLink does help me to correct my dogs unwanted behaviors. It works best in a “sting” approach, so already connected, waiting for the dog to mess up. I mostly use it for indoors since outside my dogs fence can get him out of Bluetooth range. Being able to reset collar functions is helpful so I don’t have to call my dealer. I have also lost my collar outside and used PetStopLink and beep from the remote trainer to help to find it. I would recommend.

Love the features on PetStopLink ! Makes it super easy to get support from my dealer remotely. Also really like being able to adjust fence settings myself without having to pay for a dealer to come onsite.
