Too Slow and Wring Collar

I have been using this app for over a year now. By the time it connects to the collar, usually the dog is done doing the bad habit. I have three dogs using this. When I connect to the dogs collar that needs to be corrected, it will connect to the wrong collar and correct the wrong dog. I then have to remove all of the collars from the app and reconnect them all to fix this issue. I’ve had to do this multiple times. I would really like to see this fixed!

do not rely on this app to remember the collar itself. everytime you open the app you have to reinstall the collar being used. there is absolutely no reliability. the collar and app do not connect for about 20/30 mins. if at all. your dog has now moved onto 87 other things before the app will connect to the collar. and if it does happen to connect, god forbid the dog moves more than 3 feet from you because - you guessed it! it disconnects and you have to start all over! so glad we paid extra to upgrade 🙄 when i called to ask why this was happening they told me to reset the collar by placing it on the dock…. of o have to do this everytime the collar will be on the dock more than the dog?! this is more hassle then it’s worth so far

This app is great in theory, but does not perform well enough to meet expectations. It takes way way way too long to connect to the collar, by the time it gets connected it’s no longer needed. Also, the range isn’t far enough to be useful and it’s always disconnecting. Please work to improve this because it is useful if it worked properly.
