It's stuck on the loading screen

I just moved onto the first desert prison and as per the quest I upgraded my first 2 cells. However, the game then updated with a new story line about keeping the water levels up requiring me to click on the first cell and upgrade the faucet/sink. As i had already upgraded this item my game has now soft-locked. Please find me a solution to this problem as I have been enjoying this game and don’t want to reset and lose all my progress. Thanks!

I was playing one of the event things and then left when I was going back in the game later on and the event ended but it keeps going back to a achievement I won I press accept but it says there was a problem and restarts and never stops

When the game loads, it asks me to collect a objective reward. When i click claim it says connection error try again and its just a never ending back and forth clicking buttons. Ive tried clear cache and data and uninstalling and reinstalling still nothing its updated to the newest verson still nothing please fix this....

When I press on claim, I get a connection error message. It won’t go away, and I can’t play the game. I’ve also noticed the “ringing phone” doesn’t show up, nor does the option to double of triple amount. Can’t play game and can’t continue through game without a way to get funds. Please fix this. It’s been going on for a couple of days now. My connection (Wi-Fi that is) is strong and fast. But this game can’t seem to see that.

When I press on claim I get a connection error. It won't go away. I rebooted iPad, Uninstalled the app and it won't go away..get even press on other buttons
