I paid for the subscription and it said I could have 2 other people use the app but I can't even find it on the App Store on my iPhone any more. I often tell people about it and they can not find it either?

How to fix Faithful app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Faithful app on iPhone
Update Faithful app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Faithful iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Faithful on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Faithful network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Faithful Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Faithful not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Faithful App
1. On android, goto Settings » Faithful » click [Force Stop]

Update Faithful to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Faithful App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Faithful » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Faithful.

Fix Faithful unable to contact server/ Faithful internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Faithful » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Faithful » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Faithful
