Too difficult to set up

I have several doctors. I’m not about to call each one to set up an app for what I see as offering very little convenience.
Bothersome pop up messages
2022-06-22
by Aye7
Keep getting pop up messages to complete tasks that are impossible to complete and there is no way to stop them. I called and a technician stopped them for a short time but they are back again. It’s extremely annoying. Programs patient information is always outdated. Even when it is linked to patients full information .Thedacare has too many apps and programs and apps that are different to use and are not coordinated or linked to each other. Thedacare is a hot mess
Not a fan

I assumed that Ripple would automatically collect and manage my data like the mythedacare app. But, it looks like you need to enter everything instead of it being generated from your existing records. It is nice that it integrates with the Apple Health app, but you could have added that to mythedacare (I know Epic software has that option) and had a true winner. I guess I just don’t understand what Ripple gives me that I don’t have with Apple Health and the Mythedacre apps - which don’t require you to enter all your records and prescriptions, etc.
Can't even create an account

by CorndogSurprise
I filled out all the information and click create account and nothing. It doesn't do anything except change the create account button from light blue to dark blue. If I touch the screen at all, it will go back to light blue.
I don’t understand why you aren’t given the option to connect your account to myThedaCare. Who wants to manually enter their health information when its already in mythedacare. What a waste of time in my opinion.
Can’t I just use MyChart?

by Hello123!!:!:!;!;!:!:
First of all had to register twice, first time didn’t take. I then proceeded to fill in all my info and gave up, too much effort. Seems like a Waste of money to develop an app that makes it so difficult to use.
Point?

I’m not sure what the point of this is. There’s seemingly no integration to my ThedaCare record... there’s much more use in the MyChart app. I would have much preferred that you just allows Apple Heath to access my data from Epic (My Chart/My ThedaCare). Actually disappointed.
Ripple has a long way to go

I found Ripple to be really annoying. I downloaded it, hoping it would make it easier to see messages letting me know when I could get the Covid vaccine. Every time I open my phone I have notifications. They turn out to be reminders for me to do silly little activities that are designed for people who have nothing better to do. (If I do them, I’ll get “badges.” I’m not five, nor do I imagine any other users are!) For example, why take a quiz about warning signs of sleep apnea if I have long since been using a CPAP machine to treat diagnosed sleep apnea? Why go through similar activities related to other conditions either already diagnosed or ruled out? I can’t get those notifications to go away and stay away.
If they would strip it down and just let you access your up-to-date medication and tests, your recent messages and appointments, and your doctor’s contact info, as well as let you have a “wallet” of your insurance cards, that would be great. Dump the rest!
It should also be able to be set up with the same username and password as your MyThedaCare account. That doesn’t appear to be possible.
Doesn’t motivate healthy behaviors

Ripple allows you to synchronize steps, sleep data, etc. from any smart watch or fitness device, but then proceeds to never release any challenges to encourage an active or healthy lifestyle. All points are earned by taking quizzes (which are fine), but what people really need is go exercise. I would really love to see more challenges based on steps, sleep, active minutes, or even obtaining a healthier BMI.
Unable to finish adding my medications to my medicine cabinet, freezes when it come to adding the image. I cannot skip this either.
THIS APP IS THE BEGINNING OF OUR NEW FUTURE!!

I have researched this very minimal but I see the vision and I see it being like a portal of info between you and the doctors, specialist, etc. Keep up the great work. VISION!!

Great integration on pharmacy benefits

I’m able to search my prescription and find the best cost pharmacy right in Ripple ! It also integrates the coupons. Ripple is great to have all your information in one spot on the go.
