Bare bones app that never works. I’ve never been able to find a price for anything - always an error message of some sort. Their website isn’t any better - logs you in to a white screen.

I tried to log in so many times and every time CapitalRxPharmacyBenefits tells me to check the email verification there was none.

No way to reset the password. You can input any email and it tells you the reset link is emailed to you. What if I forget which email I used?
Please fix this.

Not even worth the time and frustration to use. Better off using their web site.

How do you have an iPhone app that doesn’t work with the password manager??? You choose password and it takes you back to the sign up page. Any navigation away from CapitalRxPharmacyBenefits returns to the sign in page.

You better have 2 devices ready to setup your account. CapitalRxPharmacyBenefits is poorly designed to set up on a single device like most people have. You go through the trouble of setting up your account then then it asks for code sent to your email. Only the problem is when you switch over to your email to get the code sent and come back to enter it all your into is gone and you have to start over creating an endless loop and you are unable to create your account. Simply ridiculous design.

It seems your app is likely developed in React Native, which is fine. But it’s very buggy, the on boarding process doesn’t have persistent state so if you push CapitalRxPharmacyBenefits to the background to, let’s say go to your keychain manager since you don’t have hooks for that in CapitalRxPharmacyBenefits , when you return to CapitalRxPharmacyBenefits it pushes you to the landing view to start over again. This causes an issue because some of the data has already been logged in your db.

Also, some of the verbiage doesn’t make sense in step 2. Create email and password

To some users this sounds like you’re creating an email account rather than entering or signing up with an email address you already have. Consider using “sign in with” google, apple, etc… firebase has a great BaaS resource for this.

This is an absolutely terrible app. I’ve used it several times and every single time the login is maddening. It requires new login, passwords, confirmation codes and refreshes everything, it doesn’t save any of the prior login details.

As soon as I log in it closes CapitalRxPharmacyBenefits . There’s also a glitch on the website

CapitalRxPharmacyBenefits itself is very ordinary; keeps logging me out. In addition, it’s basically false advertising. The prices are as much as or higher than Goodrx. I already have Goodrx; why would I download yet another app.

App would be 5 stars if the Rx card could be downloaded to apple wallet.

I use it to look up the lowest cost drugs near me!
