TextApp text fun is actually garbage. I accidentally downloaded it and signed up with you and you get like free week or some thing but then it’s like outrageously expensive for very little amount of service. And they don’t even have any really cool features to set up with it. I think it’s a rip off and definitely not worth it I’ll be deleting TextApp even without using their free service. I wouldn’t have even given them one star except you can’t pick no stars!

I have been using TextApp for two months and I’m certain at this point that they are not tracking the minutes used nor can track it. I’ve bought credit 2 weeks ago and only used 45min out of 400 and I don’t have any credit left at this point.
This is not the first tome this has happened.
I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Don’t bother unless you feel like doing a free trial and having to give them your credit card info which half of us will inevitably forget that the trial is still going on and then have your subscription for the next few months and get charged and wonder why… So just don’t bother. go with a free app. There are plenty of them

Everytime someone tries to call me while I’m on the phone with someone else it drops the call I’m on even if I don’t do anything- accept decline of nothing it drops my first call and takes my minutes

I signed up for the free trial. It doesn’t expire until tomorrow. I decided to pay 9.99 for 400 minutes and they charged me and never gave me the minutes. Then they continued to charge my card three more times and won’t respond to customer care complaints. User beware.

TextApp is ridiculous with sending photos. I tried to send beach photos of myself, wife and children to family members and a male shirtless photo is too risky for TextApp ? I tried to crop a little further up to chest height so to say and again too risky?????

TextApp doesn’t let you cancel and you have to fight to get any sort of responses (if any at all) back about your case.
