I was watching KTLA5 news while I was in chat, suddenly I was removed from chat without any good reason ( in the eyes of this app :irrelevant image ). This awful application is the worst application I have ever used. Bye forever, this app. Already I paid 10 dollar-unban penalty, because I made a mistake and violated the policy rules, but this time I never pay anything because I did not do anything wrong; I just watching only KTLA5 News. Already I cancelled my VIP membership ( how easily you lose your potential customers !!!!! and thanks for opening my eyes to your ridiculously strict policy rules ). If you think you can get more money from me without giving me any guarantee that I won’t get banned unfairly in the future, let me strongly assure you that you are in the wrong direction. Let me put it simply, my life goes on happily even if I get banned from using all of social medias like Facebook, Telegram, etc. Thanks.

I already wrote a review on this matter and I seem forced to do it again. You guys need to fine tune your banning system because quite frankly it’s broken. I have once again been banned for absolutely no reason at all for alleged “vulgar or obscene behavior” yet when the screenshot of the “offense” is shown it’s literally just a dark image in which nothing can be seen. I was just talking normally to people and it’s the second time I’ve had this happen to me. If one of the developers doesn’t do anything to fix this unjustified ban I will delete Minichat and will not recommend it to anybody, because I am not about to pay for an unban to God knows who, and you can bet on that.

Banned for no reason, the devs won’t respond to the multiple claims that I’ve sent in even though they’re open 24/7??? I was chatting with someone and all of a sudden I get a picture of my face and something saying vulgar or obscene behavior… it’s a cash scam to get you to pay $10 to unban no matter what the fake reason may be. Worst experience I’ve ever had on a social media app by far. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!! And yes I read your rules many times this app team. Just read the reviews and see what the devs respond with and you’ll understand why everyone is so upset

I got 4 banned for literally no reason. And you will see your self you be talking to someone very normally after they skip u or u skip them u will be banned!

I'm not the type of person who insult people randomly or trying to practice sexual activities like many on this broken app. I just like to talk to people nicely I had some people we have talked for almost 30 minutes on thus app. Learning about their culture, country, language, life! And I still get banned for no reason! Very broken app.

It’s a good platform to chat with many and different kinds of people. It works well. But, the moderation team will ban you for anything. They’re more like the Gestapo. They’ll ban you for a little thing for a whole month. The ban should only be, at least, 2-3 days. And the interlocutor should be given a chance to appeal the ban. I hope the moderators are enjoying the money they receive from those who want the ban removed.

You wrote in the specifications of Minichat that this will work with iOS 12 and later, but this is not the case and Minichat will not work after registration and the program will not open at all. My mobile phone is iPhone 5S and it has been updated to the latest version of iOS. Please fix it

All the time I’m using Minichat with mobile data - it says “no internet connection”. But as soon as I share WiFi on my tablet to my phone - works perfectly fine. What is an issue here? I can’t use it with mobile data?

I agree with everyone who have left review with comment that was banned for nothing. I got the same thing. Stupid!!!

Plenty of people do not behave correctly, insult and have an extremely rude and unacceptable expressions. And I’m sure none of them blocked because of that!

It’s just a trick created by creators of Minichat to force you to pay unban fee of $10 each time or you wait for a 30 days. So ridiculously stupid, if everyone would have banned for their inappropriate actions there would not be lots of people online.

But it is what it is.

So please change the policy of your app and before you ban someone please prove that violation have been committed with proof.

It was working completely fine for a day then I tried going on and Minichat won’t open it just closes instantly now and I’ve tried reinstalling it and nothing works

I got banned twice for “vulgar or obscene behavior”

I feel like they don't even review the image before they ban people. Because what is vulgar about brushing my hair? Nothing. Other than the fact you can't see my face all the way because my hair is in the way, I don't see a problem with it. The ban lasts for 716 hours. So yeah, don't download Minichat. It's a waste of time

It closes itself after i open a second time the firat time it works but second time it dosent open is it a bug or what just fix it

When i open Minichat for the first time it works properly but for second time when I wanna use it again it go on this app icon with blue background an then it will come out from Minichat and not gonna work i re-installed Minichat 3 times but didn’t workout and if it’s gonna help i have iphone 5 with the last update

Despite the fact I saw so many unacceptable folks on Minichat misbehaving while children underage also use Minichat , I accidentally had my camera flipped which showed a TV show I was watching and that banned me from using Minichat ? Now they’re asking me to pay $10 to take the ban away. Are you kidding me???

The baddest app ever, it literally ban you for anything you show, and to remove the banned you have to pay $9.99 , my feet was shown by accident when the phone slipped off my hand and i got banned, i wore jason’s mask and i got banned , i showed my chair and i got banned , i guess they just want to make more money from the banned people

I only get people who don’t know English and are from the Middle East it’s really annoying and dumb I can’t understand anyone and it won’t connect me to the United States even though I have everything set on the United states

I completely love Minichat it’s just tha issue with being banned for no reason I have payed 20$ to be unbanned just from recording an anime on Netflix and I was instantly banned you guys really need to fix your banning process

Ok I really respect that you are trying to make this thing safe but I got banned for showing a C172 cockpit… if you don’t know what that is search it up. I’m just trying to show people my interest and get them to know about aviation, but nooooo I get banned for doing something good and not bad. I would have given Minichat 5 stars but the ban problem is a big deal. Hope you are reading this creators.

I was banned because someone saw my hand so for no reason . you need a person who will check the video before giving a ban. many people are jerking, masturbaiting and doing many others bad things !!!!
