I was watching KTLA5 news while I was in chat, suddenly I was removed from chat without any good reason ( in the eyes of Minichat :irrelevant image ). This awful application is the worst application I have ever used. Bye forever, Minichat. Already I paid 10 dollar-unban penalty, because I made a mistake and violated the policy rules, but this time I never pay anything because I did not do anything wrong; I just watching only KTLA5 News. Already I cancelled my VIP membership ( how easily you lose your potential customers !!!!! and thanks for opening my eyes to your ridiculously strict policy rules ). If you think you can get more money from me without giving me any guarantee that I won’t get banned unfairly in the future, let me strongly assure you that you are in the wrong direction. Let me put it simply, my life goes on happily even if I get banned from using all of social medias like Facebook, Telegram, etc. Thanks.

How is it possible that when a user has an error and is even inadvertently blocked by other users, you ignore his error by receiving money and reactivate his account? You have the opportunity to review the policies of the MiniChat application. My very strong team and I can offer a much stronger, more popular platform to the world, and of course completely free. Quickly delete the Minichat from the user's favorites page and replace it. This happens when you do not change your policy. Please change the terms of payment and do not look at your customers through the eyes of the bank and money. You have the right to demand payment for the services provided, but the procedure you have followed is completely statutory. We are waiting for your wise response. And, of course, we reserve the right to offer an application to the people of the world that can be both free and with much more possibilities, if we do not observe orbital ethics. I already wrote a review on this matter and I seem forced to do it again. You guys need to fine tune your banning system because quite frankly it’s broken. I have once again been banned for absolutely no reason at all for alleged “vulgar or obscene behavior” yet when the screenshot of the “offense” is shown it’s literally just a dark image in which nothing can be seen. I was just talking normally to people and it’s the second time I’ve had this happen to me. If one of the developers doesn’t do anything to fix this unjustified ban I will delete the app and will not recommend it to anybody, because I am not about to pay for an unban to God knows who, and you can bet on that.
