Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Pixel Gen app issues:

Force Stop the Pixel Gen App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Pixel Gen app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Pixel Gen to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Pixel Gen App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Pixel Gen app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Pixel Gen.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Pixel Gen » "Force Stop".

Again, got Pixel Gen » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
