I payed to Activate a scooter which after many attempts it was only rooling and the throttle on it was clearly not working. I had only rolled a distance of about 2 meters and submit a ticket with proof of fault. I had a simple request of refunding the money that was used for this faulty trip. The support team responded to me that they will check the scooter and get back to me and over a month later this ticket is ignored and still under process. My only question is why hire a support team if they cant take care of a simple request. I do not recommend Loop to anyone especially since i have discovered better competitors.
The territory marked on their GPS map was inaccurate and marked me off course when I was in a legal zone that I had been in many times before. Then, rather than slowing to a stop, it abruptly stopped and threw me from the scooter. I sustained significant injuries and damage to personal property. I asked the company for some acknowledgment, providing abundant evidence. They blamed me and would not even refund 3 riyals for the bad ride. Every doctor and nurse I spoke to mentioned injuries they had seen from this service and, to be fair, others with the same business model. There are so many other ways to get places.
First thanks for Loop , however I am very disappointed.... You are charging us for the ride and pause time as well ... this is not fare and not correct it is draining our money and will discourage us for using it. Please correct your app to calculate only the ride time or per kilometers . I hope this is being fixed quickly.

Loop fails to display available scooters on the map, even though there are some nearby. This makes it impossible to use the service, which is really frustrating. Please fix this issue.
I changed 5 scooters after starting time, and every time they deducted 2 QR to start the time, and after I started the scooter wasn’t working properly, and I had to change it again for 5 times.
It asks for a-lot of personal information such as(scan of your ID) and you can ONLY pay by card and its so expensive and it’s completely not effective for daily use.
After the last update, screen is completely black
The screen went complete blackout after the update.
One hour waiting for resolving my problem as the scooter stop from customer support without any response.
App crashes immediately when trying to reset password.
App stopped working reset my phone, installed Loop and reinstalled it still won’t work

For visitors, Loop is useless. You can’t create an account without providing a cell phone number and unfortunately, in many cases, your cell phone number will not work in Qatar if you have switched to a data only SIM. As a result you cannot get the required code Loop does not function.
It’s better to add vehicles cars sharing similar to the scooters.
