Terrible support team

I payed to Activate a scooter which after many attempts it was only rooling and the throttle on it was clearly not working. I had only rolled a distance of about 2 meters and submit a ticket with proof of fault. I had a simple request of refunding the money that was used for this faulty trip. The support team responded to me that they will check the scooter and get back to me and over a month later this ticket is ignored and still under process. My only question is why hire a support team if they cant take care of a simple request. I do not recommend this app to anyone especially since i have discovered better competitors.

The territory marked on their GPS map was inaccurate and marked me off course when I was in a legal zone that I had been in many times before. Then, rather than slowing to a stop, it abruptly stopped and threw me from the scooter. I sustained significant injuries and damage to personal property. I asked the company for some acknowledgment, providing abundant evidence. They blamed me and would not even refund 3 riyals for the bad ride. Every doctor and nurse I spoke to mentioned injuries they had seen from this service and, to be fair, others with the same business model. There are so many other ways to get places.
Cost being calculated faulty... not happy with the app

First thanks for the app, however I am very disappointed.... You are charging us for the ride and pause time as well ... this is not fare and not correct it is draining our money and will discourage us for using it. Please correct your app to calculate only the ride time or per kilometers . I hope this is being fixed quickly.
