How to fix Jointly app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Jointly app on iPhone
Update Jointly app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Jointly iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Jointly on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Jointly network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Jointly Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Jointly not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Jointly App
1. On android, goto Settings » Jointly » click [Force Stop]

Update Jointly to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Jointly App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Jointly » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Jointly.

Fix Jointly unable to contact server/ Jointly internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Jointly » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Jointly » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
