Don’t buy it! Camera disturbs everyone in the room as it doesn’t seem to have easy access to a “mute” option.
when on & so you are forced to unplug it when the system isn’t working properly , if placed away from phone/app owner. I don’t need a nagging camera where I have camera! I need it notifying Me on my smart phone!

Then when I moved it to a non inhabited space , their system wouldn’t “reset” and recognize the piece of noisy plastic I bought from them! It still won’t connect to the network n now the system claims ugohomeOriginalNexHTHome n camera don’t “match” never had as much trouble with a camera as much as I do this unit!

Had this camera for over a year now, before the rebrand. When they rebranded, they claimed that any cameras that had already been purchased would still work. Nope. Spent 30 mins on ugohomeOriginalNexHTHome trying every recommendation they had on the help page. At the bottom, it says that if I still needed help to contact them. With no link to a method of contact. So I went on their website and called the number. I stated my problem and was immediately hung up on. Now I can’t get a hold of anyone there. So sad because I used to love it and it used to be perfect. If you choose to go with this as home camera, just remember that as soon as they rebrand AGAIN or randomly decide they need more money out of you, your current cameras will go obsolescent. Ugohome/nextHT, do better.

These cameras are trash, the software is also the lowest quality humanely possible. My cameras will not load any footage from today whatsoever. I pay for a subscription for cloud service, nothing was recorded or saved. My dog was hit by a car today and the cameras captured absolutely nothing because the data transfer speed is 0 KB/second at all times. Do not buy these cameras, and do not ever pay for a subscription for service. You’re wasting your money and potentially putting your life and the lives of you loved ones in jeopardy. I would rate ugohomeOriginalNexHTHome 0/10 if I could.

I bought 7 cameras 3 were placed inside and 4 outside…… two outside camera went out suddenly and won’t work anymore because big rain storms had happened around the time each camera went out I attributed it to that but then 2 inside cameras also suddenly went out. Other than that my remaining camera work great. Picture and audio or good.

The picture is good but the sound is worthless. The people in the room where the camera is can’t understand anything you say. And you cannot understand a word they are saying. This should not be this way, and when I called to inquire they were No help at all. The tech said he hasn’t heard of this problem but he didn’t have any idea how to possibly correct the problem. So if communication with someone on the other end where you’re monitoring is something you need then don’t buy this camera.

These cameras or great for the window in my condo. Quality is decent and ugohomeOriginalNexHTHome is easy enough to use . My only complaint is there’s an option to purchase cloud space per camera . With the option of 1cam package and then skips to 3cams and so on.

There needs to be a 2 camera option. It feels kinda forced that you’d need to subscribe for 3 or more cameras when the avg household most likely only has 2 cameras

I bought more for myself after getting two for gifts. Not real fancy and I haven’t figured out how to turn the alert off or if you can, nor how to delete events I have watched. Not fond of that, but otherwise I am happy with them. I really like that you can pan from your phone manually and it has an SD card slot for local storage of clips instead of the cloud.

Been using this to monitor my property that int occupied. It can be very sensitive and picks up shadows from over 30ft away. The night vision works fine but you cannot place it insaide behind a glass since it casts a light and blinds the camera. Super clear and I place one in the attic and basement to keep an extra eye for rodents or other pests. It will pick up and record an ant from about 5 ft away!

Does the job and doesn’t break the bank. Overall works very well. There are times where they freeze or go offline for no apparent reason, but are typically reliable. The image is good, but pixelates on any real zooming. I had problems with one camera and tech/customer support was very helpful. We have had 4 cameras for quite a while now and just added 2 more. I would recommend for anyone looking for affordable security, pet monitoring, etc.

Love that I can communicate with my animals at home and I can also see what’s going on at my apartment safety purposes. I also have one set up in my Salon Suites that I have and I absolutely love it! It’s a really good camera and a really good app! I’m really satisfied with my purchase.

This camera is fantastic! It has a great connection, the motion detection works flawlessly, and the picture quality is excellent. I can check on it even from hours away, which gives me so much peace of mind. Just love it!

I have used for a week and have had no issues. It doesn’t record automatically you have to choose when to record when going to ugohomeOriginalNexHTHome and press start recording.

Very good quality especially for the price and the imaging and what you can do on ugohomeOriginalNexHTHome is great I love that you can see you in real time in live and that you can talk to the person on the other side of the camera it comes in handy definitely 10 out of 10 recommend

We like this camera to watch our new pups in their crates to see when they need to go out. Decent quality and helps us check in without waking them. They can hear if we are moving the camera though, or if we zoom in, as it’s a little loud, so we have to make sure it’s facing the correct way before they fall asleep. (It tracks movement so sometimes will track us walking out of the room and stay there). Only other complaint is that if the pups are moving around at any clip, it can’t move fast enough to track them. For the price though, we can move it! I’d recommend this camera for anyone looking for a pup cam!

ugohomeOriginalNexHTHome has worked flawlessly since the get-go. I’ve used other home security monitoring camera platforms and none have the dependability, functionality, and ease-of-use than this one. Kudos to the developers. Thank you for an outstanding product.

I love all the technology in this little camera and considering how inexpensive it was it’s almost hard to believe. It’ll follow my cats (or anything else) around and alert me to the motion. Sees really well in a totally dark room too, although only in monochrome. During daylight it sees in full color. Perfect for my needs.
I had trouble setting it up on my husbands 5G phone as it kept losing connection, but then realized that if I go into settings, I could share the video feed with him without going through the “add a device” process on his phone. Now it works well for both of us.

Got exactly what we expected. Living in the arctic we wanted to be able to check on our chickens when we aren’t home or in the night without having to suit up and go out. Works perfect, we can talk to them, check for eggs, hear them and make sure all is well! Worked out great for what we wanted.

Love the 2x speed option if your using the continuous record SD card playback. My cell phone power bank powers the camera for a full day and a half. No more snaking cords up the wall, or being worried about glitchy bldg power. Awesome product! I would note, the camera alarm is more of a tamper deterrent then a motion detector. It did send me a push alert once, when the camera detected me about to swap out my power bank. Well worth the price:)

Honestly when I first seen this camera it was odd looking and I thought it was gonna be cheaply made and poor quality , BUT!!! It is a very nice camera with great quality and with night vision that is just as clear as the day time feed ! ugohomeOriginalNexHTHome works very smoothly and the microphone and speaker are really nice as well, can hear the person talking clear as day! Highly recommend this product and I definitely will be buying more

They are actually good cameras for the price. One thing i recommend is NOT TO PLACE THEM inside behind windows because at night they do not work at all, all you'll just get is a reflection of the camera. Other than that good video, sound and tracking
