This just about sums up my overall experience with SNOW. Would be nice if once the form saw my corporate domain it would redirect me to SSO. But as a consolation prize, being able to register for a ServiceNow ID with a clearly marked link would work.

Nope, the how-to article on creating a login requires a login to view. Can’t even be mad, thanks for the chuckle.
NowSupport is mediocre, but I’m mainly frustrated that I had to download it in the first place. I use Now Support once or twice per year to quickly look at a record. Just let me use the desktop site on mobile.
Finally an app that gives me access to my cases, change request and knowledge resources on the move. Love it.
