I have a problem with GambetDC

- Awful customer service, including unhelpful support staff and difficulty resolving issues with postponed games

My app keeps crashing. The error says there is a bug in the app and that it will be fixed when the next app update is completed. Please advise?

To resolve GambetDC network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the GambetDC App
1. On android, goto Settings » GambetDC » click [Force Stop]

Clear GambetDC App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » GambetDC » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart GambetDC.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click GambetDC » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto GambetDC » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GambetDC
