I signed up for a “free“ trial that was supposed to last three days and then be charged $50… Not only did I cancel before the three days was up. I was charged 999 for the three day trial that was advertised as free and then they attempted to charge my card for 4999 multiple times, but because I had given them Apple Cash rather than an actual credit card it declined which they continued to try mercilessly for about a week, during which time, I sent them an email and wrote them via Hiface to which I was not responded to ever. I wish that there was an option for zero stars.

Not only is this the only app in the world that would say my face was square shaped instead of oblong or oval, as soon as you pay your $20 you hardly get any information. Very few hairstyles absolutely nothing without having to navigate to other sites and possibly purchase from them, their apps Once again I’ve been taken. I’m so sick of this I could scream. Don’t waste your money on Hiface …honestly. Cursory information at best and almost no help or substance without having to spend more money. At least another $20 a pop.

Should have read the reviews. I’m glad it helped me determine my face shape (if it’s even correct) but highly highly highly disappointed in the amount of filters and features it gives. For 4 dollars, you’d think they would take the time to at least throw in enough filters and options to keep you intrigued for more than 5 minutes. My excited bubble went down the drain.

Does not give accurate results

Hiface pushed an annual subscription with a 3-day trial. After purchasing, it continued to act like premium wasn’t active. Waste of time.

I have a heart or oval shaped face this site keeps telling me I have an oblong or rectangle!!!!! You have severely ruined my self esteem. Better get your IT person to fix this awful site!

They charged my 50 dollars when I canceled my 3 day free trial , the worst part is that I don’t even get to use the part after they charged my 50. Horrible app!

It gave me a different face shape every photo I uploaded. Also the example photos they give you, when you try to change the model’s hairstyle the face morphs with it. Totally fake

Hi- I was looking into trying Hiface and clicked to start the trial. Instead of activating the trial, they went ahead and charged me $50. Avoid Hiface. They will scam you out of your money.

Signed up for the free three day trial. The features were useless for me so I cancelled within an hour of downloading and starting the trial. Even though I cancelled well within the trial period I was still charged. Initial Apple request for a refund was automatically denied. Will dispute this charge with my credit card if it isn’t resolved. Stay away.

Paid the $10 monthly accidentally but it’s irrelevant. Showed purchase successful, couldn’t take a selfie in app. Had to take and upload. Then they wanted more money for the premium to actually give you an analysis. The watch and add option was greyed out and couldn’t use. So I paid the premium, couldn’t use it, and was asked for more money. Immediately requesting a refund once the transaction posts.

The tip descriptions kept talking down about square face shape as if it is something to hide. The wording could be changed to be more positive and empowering vs shaming and “hiding” our face shapes.

I liked the tips on a basic level of understanding. I’ll be trying out a few new hairstyles.

Downloaded this just to find out my face shape (a lot of people are complaining that it requires pay, but you literally do not have to spend anything), and it worked okay for a face app. While I didn’t use any features other than the face shape finder, I uploaded more than 1 photo of my face and found multiple results. Other than that, it works okay. Just not consistent.

It’s not a bad app. Although I don’t think anyone with anything other than straight hair can use it. Kinda unrealistic styles when it comes to black or brown people. Face shape
Identification works fine tho.

Hiface is amazing and exceeded my expectations. I’m looking for a new hairstyle and from Hiface I got my face shape and several cuts to choose from. There are options for in-app purchases but you get a lot for free. I’ll definitely recommend Hiface👍. Thank you

i just wanted to check my face shape and Hiface really helped me with it. it was free and without any interruptions (like ads etc.).
