Charged and then no answer

I signed up for a “free“ trial that was supposed to last three days and then be charged $50… Not only did I cancel before the three days was up. I was charged 999 for the three day trial that was advertised as free and then they attempted to charge my card for 4999 multiple times, but because I had given them Apple Cash rather than an actual credit card it declined which they continued to try mercilessly for about a week, during which time, I sent them an email and wrote them via the app to which I was not responded to ever. I wish that there was an option for zero stars.
Horrible App

Not only is this the only app in the world that would say my face was square shaped instead of oblong or oval, as soon as you pay your $20 you hardly get any information. Very few hairstyles absolutely nothing without having to navigate to other sites and possibly purchase from them, their apps Once again I’ve been taken. I’m so sick of this I could scream. Don’t waste your money on this app …honestly. Cursory information at best and almost no help or substance without having to spend more money. At least another $20 a pop.
Scam

Paid the $10 monthly accidentally but it’s irrelevant. Showed purchase successful, couldn’t take a selfie in app. Had to take and upload. Then they wanted more money for the premium to actually give you an analysis. The watch and add option was greyed out and couldn’t use. So I paid the premium, couldn’t use it, and was asked for more money. Immediately requesting a refund once the transaction posts.
