Force Stop the IFT FIRST App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click IFT FIRST app. » click "Force Stop".

Update IFT FIRST to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear IFT FIRST App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "IFT FIRST app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch IFT FIRST.
