Deliver Addis Reviews

I have been using deliver Addis for 2 years now and they were fine before but these days not so much. If you order from a certain restaurant and you have already paid and the restaurant for some reason doesn’t have what you ordered, then best believe deliver Addis is not giving you back your money. I even called them back and they took my bank account number and said it would be refunded but nothing, and that’s very unprofessional. There are other options in the city like ZMall that offer a professional food delivery service and a much greater option of different restaurants as well.

Their delivery is not even worth it anymore they’ve increased the price and yet they deliver food 3 hours after I’ve ordered the food and when they call to cancel, they call at the third hour the least they can do is call within the first 30 minutes so we can find other options.

Awful delivery service I’ve experienced by far. Really bad customer service and very long delivery time. I’ve waited for almost over 3 hours, and when I called to ask for the drivers location the only information they give is that he’s on his way and nothing more.

The service used to be good but it is consistently going from bad to worse. They keep you waiting for a couple of hours after confirming your order to then let you know that they can’t do it and canceling it. Don’t use Deliver Addis if you value your time.

We had to wait for an hour just to be told our orders couldn’t be made. Please increase staff number and have a call center available

They are very unreliable. They cancel orders after 1 hour of taking my order n say they don’t have drivers. This happened to me 3 times in a row.

No confirmation for receiving online payment

One of the worst delivery app I’ve ever used one time I accidentally ordered something and when I asked for the order to be canceled, they said no, and made me pay for it anyways

Unless you’re in a specific area Of the city, you are almost guaranteed that delivery will be cancelled, after waiting a long time.

App keeps freezing. It has delay when you click on items. No button to go back to Home Screen.

I couldn’t create a new account

Great service and I love ordering from them. The application isn’t anything really different from using their website. I do hope they make changes in the future to improve the navigation and look of DeliverAddis . Again reliable service but no different from using it on a web browser

Navigating back and forth from different restaurants is tedious. Website better in that regard. Comments on orders not properly taken into account. Delivery guys don’t have change most of the time. An electronic payment method would be useful.
