If you can’t connect to the bike…if FAZUA and the phone can’t see the bike….FAZUA is worthless. Needs a firmware and iOS update. Oh, that would require bluetooth. Luckily you can connect to a computer via USB C. But no updates for the Fazus 60. Companies should not release these half baked pieces of sh.. t and expect their users to suffer through their learning curve
FAZUA is worthless. It never connects. I’d expect more from Porsche and the guys in Germany. It’s a key components and it does not work
There are very few features for the Ride 60 platform. Don't expect to see any of bells and whistles like other manufacturers (Specialized, Trek or Bosch).
Interesting to note FAZUA was updated 2 months ago and the other this app app was updated 2 YEARS ago.

One moment it works. The next it does not. If you want a reliable app to monitor battery usage etc then do not buy a bike that uses FAZUA. I have been in touch with this app. Hopefully, more fixes are on the way. But that does not help me today
Tried every iteration of BT on / off, reboot, battery on / off and FAZUA never detects the bike.
I have only been able to get FAZUA to stay connected one time on my iPhone 15 pro max!! Very frustrating. Went to see the head e-bike tech at Mikes bikes and he couldn’t figure out why FAZUA was so unstable. The only way I can get FAZUA to work for 1 ride on my new Pivot Shuttle SL is to forget app in Bluetooth and re search for it. Bottom line FAZUA is Not ready for prime time. If anyone has ideas on how to fix please respond.
App requires permission to track your movements 24/7 or it will disable all functions. Your privacy is their price to play! I am very concerned to see this abuse when all I wanted to do was ride a bike!

The Bluetooth connectivity is essentially unusable. On the rare occasions I can achieve a connection (through some alchemy of rebooting the battery, turning Bluetooth on/off) it’s highly unstable. Currently I can only update my drive parameters via USB cable.
8/12/21 update: it looks like the last iteration of their Bluetooth drivers fix3d most of the problems. Connection is still hit or miss at times, but more or less works. Upgrading from 1 to 3 stars.
