USATODAYSports looks promising but it is only giving me options to follow teams around where I live so I can’t follow teams from the other end of the country where I’m from. For a subscription-based app I’d expect to be able to follow any team I want.

This is a terrible app. The interface is worse than you would find for a website that your local exterminator put up on his own. The content is nothing but an aggregation of stories from other publications. I can’t believe it any first-rate media organization would put out such a garbage app in the 21st-century. They need to completely re-design USATODAYSports to make it even tolerable.
