I have TimelyCare through my college, which provides counseling for free. Free isn’t good enough. I had an appointment at 1:30 pm… and the provider didn’t bother calling. Literally at all. It says “the provider will call you” but I didn’t get a call… just an email 15 minutes later saying my provider cancelled. Really? I was waiting that whole time with my app open.
In the past, I got an appointment with a different provider. She was fine… but she called significantly late and ended early.
It’s also absolutely impossible to find the same provider you had before. So you can never get consistent service with the same person and evolve in your therapy.

Needs a lot of work, so many bugs in the system.Also I love the fact that many other universities in junior colleges offer psychiatry and appointments and all of these other services and we just get stuck with one of all..... especially during a time of crisis as this

I needed a new inhaler so I went in to get a medical visit and was called within 5 minutes, spoke for less than 2 and had a prescription called in for me after that. What’s the best is that I got updates for when the prescription was sent and received, it’s just great to be in the loop and updated throughout the process. Can’t recommend it enough.
