Close and restart the DoNotSpy app on iPhone
Update DoNotSpy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DoNotSpy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DoNotSpy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DoNotSpy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix DoNotSpy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the DoNotSpy App
1. On android, goto Settings » DoNotSpy » click [Force Stop]

Update DoNotSpy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DoNotSpy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » DoNotSpy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart DoNotSpy.

Fix DoNotSpy unable to contact server/ DoNotSpy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click DoNotSpy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto DoNotSpy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
