Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever NASP app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix NASP app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the NASP app on iPhone
Update NASP app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall NASP iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix NASP on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve NASP network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

NASP Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix NASP not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent NASP app issues:

Force Stop the NASP App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click NASP app. » click "Force Stop".

Update NASP to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NASP App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "NASP app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch NASP.

Fix NASP unable to contact server/ NASP internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click NASP » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got NASP » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NASP on android.

View archer history and analytics for this app® tournaments. Manage and store Basic Archery Instructor (BAI) information. NASP will serve as official BAI credentials for tournament registration. Use as an electronic scorecard for virtual tournaments. BAI can submit the required annual report and keep their contact information up to date.
