Bug or problem with app

I downloaded and then deleted the app twice to see if it helped resolve this issue. I tried to create an account and when I hit submit button it would “think” then wouldn’t load the page and remained on the same page. I attempted to delete all fields and go back and refresh and still didn’t work. Then I attempted to see if I had an email address already on file and previous account that perhaps I already had an account but forgot I made one, I entered my email address and was told to double check spam folder for link to new password. It did not work, no email in inbox or junk. To make sure I did this multiple times. After to which I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Again failure on both attempts at either recovering a previous account or making a new one. Not sure what the bug is or if it’s a bug on my phone, as this-problem occurred to me on another website last night? Anyway perhaps it is the app so I don’t know but I’m deleting it again and not using it now.
Waiting list function for Dodge pool does not work

I only re-joined the Dodge Y to use the pool. I can never get a reservation - every slot is always booked immediately no matter how instantaneously I hit the button at the appointed time - so I always join the waitlist for every session I can attend. I then get notifications that a spot has opened and even if I literally tap the alert notification the instant it appears it just takes me to the same time slot where it says the session is booked and that I’m on the waiting list. There’s never a way to actually book when there’s allegedly an open slot. This is a terrible system / app and the Y should not be charging membership fees if it can’t reliably provide access to the facilities those fees pay for. This is really, really disappointing.
Waiting list is a joke

When classes are full you can join waiting list. If someone cancels a notice is sent to everyone on waiting list. Even if you respond immediately your chances of getting in are slim. Obviously if there are a lot of people on the waiting list it’s frustrating. Notice should be sent to first person on waiting list and give them a few minutes, at least, to respond.
App is very poorly designed.
