I recently started here as a way of getting a little money as a dog Walker/ dog sitter. And my first two clients were scams with the same dog but different people offering money through “digital checks”. They’re fraudulent and acting like people. Because of this I don’t trust this company since there is no way to a payment through the app, you can’t cancel anything and you can’t get full evidence of people/dog’s information. I don’t recommend using this app until they make it everything safer for both ends as a pet parent or a pet sitter. Or if you do, verify EVERYTHING first or you could be where I am (nearly $2k overdrawn). Said to say but find a reputable app or do it the old fashioned way so no one gets screwed.

the only time I was offered any work it was someone trying to scam me. they were listed in a state different than my own claiming that their dog was at a house in a town near where i live. before confirming the booking they were asking me to contact a veterinarian about dog food, who wanted $1700+ for it and then asked for my bank information. i tried calling support and no one answered. i’m beginning to think this entire company is a scam considering you have to pay $25 for a background check. don’t bother.

This is the worst app in order of functioning properly. It glitches every single time you go onto the app. It doesn’t have autocorrect. It doesn’t allow you to update any type of calendar for availability as a sitter. It gives you a bare minimum profile where you can’t even really describe yourself. I have to to refer all people on here to contact me directly or go on Rover to book. I will not be using this app whatsoever but move my business elsewhere.
