received confirming letter on Nov 24 that returned tags were received. Received statement showing credit of $40.86 was due me. UNABLE TO REACH HUMAN AFTER CONTINUOUS PHONE CALLS TO EZ PASS. Another statement has now been sent to me and deductions have been made. This is my money and you are deducting fees from it. my credit should have been applied to my discover account almost 2 months ago. Instead ez pass is stealing my money monthly.

I'm trying to enroll in the Senior Discount program. The online enrollment app will not enroll my license with the new transponder number because it says the old transponder number is currently registered with the license. The old transponder was returned to the NJ E-Z Pass office months ago. What do I do to resolve the registration problem? That is, get the new transponder number registered against my license and have the old transponder number deleted.
Tried to call, tried email. No connection whatsoever. Very discouraged but you don’t have any trouble taking a $1 every month. Switched to PA eZpass.

Ez pass is a bunch of bullies ...I was just in a dispute with them they could care less your situation. I have had a replenishing account for a decade no issues and my bank freezes my account for a fraudulent activity which unknowingly stops my ez pass account from replenishing. Instead of them being considerate of my situation they charge me $700 in fines after I was willingly paying the tolls I didn’t realize wasn’t getting taken out on top of that it’s year with a pandemic and financial issues across the country. But who is not getting affected is ez pass in new jersey they actually raised the tolls. Some people on the phone understood my situation but whenever it got to a manager they where very cut and dry on the amount they were going to charge me with no repayment plan option. One manager was even so rude to hang up with him because I was trying to explain to him my situation and he couldn’t understand why I was upset. Again I think they are bunch of bullys no compassion

The app can mess up and charge you double the amount you’re trying to replenish by. And when you send them a message about it, they never get back to you. Try your best to avoid ez-pass anything
Edit after developer response: I did create a service request on the app, no one responded. It’s been a month… how about don’t make an app that can charge double the amount you’re trying to replenish
Doesn’t work

App doesn’t work. Always says service is down. I’ve tried all different days and times always doesn’t work. Just to note I ended up logging in on website instead. Recently Apple Pay has issues. Will not process Apple Pay when using Apple Card but it allowed a different card. Please fix these issues soon. Was great one time now everything is broke.
