After months of waiting after numerous requests for help in using the feedback of Novelful , I finally got a response from Apple when I did a scathingly negative review in Novelful Store asking me to resubmit feedback using the this app app. It only took them over 5 months to respond. Only problem is that everything in my version of Novelful is gone now and I’m certainly not going to renew a subscription to a company that basically stole my money. Here’s my response to them … I would love to however my subscription expired and I can’t see any of the feedback I sent to this app before … everything is gone. I’m not going to renew as I had just renewed before I changed phones. I basically got ripped off of a $79 subscription I paid for by their lack of response or help. I wonder how many other people they’ve screwed like this? Seems that lack of response and failed subscriptions is a common problem with Novelful when I look at the feedback in the Apple / iTunes Store. Perhaps Apple needs to look at Novelful and consider discontinuing hosting their app.

Novelful is a total crock. Even though the bulk of the writing you come across is absolutely deplorable, I still thought I would give this a chance and see if any of it got better-
Smh. There’s no way, even after you purchase the ‘subscription’ it won’t let you move ahead in chapters-
Save your money.

I just pad the year subscription and it is telling me that I don’t have a network available or that I have to buy a book to read it, I need the money back or please have this fixed asap!

I subscribed and the payment was taken so I could read free and it keeps telling me to subscribe but then won’t allow me to subscribe because I already did this is not only infuriating but just ridiculous

Novelful keeps closing out on my phone while I try to use it. It’s the only app doing this and I already tried restarting the phone with no success. Going to delete since it won’t even operate properly

Don’t ever get Novelful. It makes you subscribe and then when you want to cancel your subscription it won’t let you. It steals your money. Better off with the hundreds of others that won’t rob you blind

Paid for weekly use of app, got to Chapter 78 or so of the poorly translated book I have been reading & it prompts me to pay again. I try to subscribe again & still have no luck. Plz fix this or refund my money. Thank you

I purchased a week figured I could read all I can then cancel it they charged me went to make sure I canceled it and nope can’t even read anything. They are quick to take your money but won’t answer numerous emails. Gonna report them to apple for fraud

It’s not often I do a review of an app. However if you pay for unlimited reading for a period of time I expect to get unlimited reading. I cannot even reach out to a support line as you don’t have one that I can find in app. I would either like this problem to be solved I.e you fix Novelful or I would like my money back.

The week for .99 worked great the second week for 9.99 worked great so far the 3rd week I can’t read anything it tells me to pay for subscription when I click on it guesss what it tells me I already have subscription!! Obviously I’ve been using app I’ve gotten into quite a few books that aren’t on other apps I’ve checked! I’m very disappointing I hate starting something and not finishing please fix the problem!!!

Do not pay for the subscription! It’ll say the first week is $0.99 and the weeks after is $9.99. It charges you $9.99 at the very beginning and doesn’t even give you the books to read. It tells you to purchase the subscription again! I’m trying to get my refund and so far no luck. This is a ripoff and I never leave reviews but I’m so upset. The book I’m reading is on a different app and I can actually read it this time. Do not get Novelful!

Novelful is so messed up paid and having issues reading now. I’m canceling my membership. Hopefully I can find the book on one of the other apps. And for the prices charges that’s also insane. I knew I should have reviews before I paid seems like almost every single person has the same issue over paying a terrible app And poor service. I won’t be giving any good reviews when I’m asked by friends that’s for sure. Worst app ever and the prices are way over priced for a 1star rating

I’m extremely disappointed with Novelful. Every week requesting I subscribe after I have already subscribed. Reaching out to feedback is useless as it takes forever to respond and the fix is only temporary if it is fixed only to run into the issue the following week. They don’t refund your money; I paid for a subscription I can’t use. I was hopeful that after all the other negative feedback with this same issue they would get it together; apparently that isn’t the case.

I had Novelful for about a week and I paid for the yearly subscription and after about a week in a half it was trying to get me to subscribe again. When I contacted customer support I never got a reply which is kinda annoying and frustrating because I spent 90 dollars for the year

First the subscription charge is a ridiculous amount. Second I opted to give it a change and do the subscription anyway to give it a try and after HOURS of waiting to try and read the next page of a book I want to read after I paid for the subscription it is still telling that i need to purchase it. I’m over it and will not download again and will tell my friends and coworkers to use Dreame instead.

I decided to give it a go and buy the yearly subscription since it’s the cheapest option, but a week into reading it’s telling me to pay again. I already paid for the year, so why would you tell me to repurchase? Makes no sense. Stories were mediocre at best. You definitely need to fix that bug issue.

I thought I was paying 10 bucks for unlimited access, now I keep getting a pop up telling me my vip status has ended and I have to purchase the books????

I’ve been reading the book ex husband behave yourself. I’m on chapter 41 and now all of a sudden it tells me I have to purchase the book. I already paid for a subscription. And now it’s telling me I have no network connection. I have tried on both WiFi and just data and I have deleted and reinstalled Novelful . I just want to read the book. Please fix this. Or I will have to cancel my subscription.

Greetings, I have had Novelful for a couple of months. I recently change my phone and as I went back in to read, it is asking me to subscribe for a new year and I do see it is saying my subscription doesnt end until later in the year.

Please help??!

Downloaded app so far liking it,but didn’t realize that agreeing to pay $149.99 a year I can only use it on my phone and not my iPad? I would enjoy even more if I can use on both
So very disappointed
