I put incorrect email in when setting up account. Now when an email is sent with code to change details it goes somewhere else. How can I delete all details for incorrect account setup and start again. Their system is difficult to understand. Allan

Lastimosamente es una excelente marca para el pésimo servicio a domicilio que existe en Guayaquil/Ecuador, deben revisar con urgencia por qué los están haciendo quedar muy mal en este país. Después de 1 hora 35 minutos llamo a preguntar por mi pedido y me dicen que debo esperar una hora más por que aún no tiene disponible domicilios!? Deberían estar preparados para los días en que tiene mayor afluencia de domicilios debido a las festividades de la ciudad, estas situaciones son más comunes que de costumbre

Al hacer el pedido y pagar con tarjeta de crédito, muestra una pantalla que ha ocurrido un error, sin embargo se realiza el cobro de la tarjeta y en ocasiones se generan doble pedido. La funcionalidad en los formularios es limitada, no permite el scroll mientras se completa los datos, lo que genera una mala experiencia de usuario y carga cognitiva innecesaria.
