Doesn’t work

I cannot sign on and when I get a code for forgotten password it doesn’t work. And I emailed support and have gotten no reply.

No response

Says it sent me a code to my email if I didn’t get it in my email it went to my spam I did not get it in either one and now it is froze up wanting me to enter this code it will not let me start over. I sent an email and I have not yet had a response from them to fix this problem.
