Summary of Word Calm Problems 🔥

• After your first 10-20 levels there is a video ad you have to watch in between almost every board you play which gets very annoying.

• Since level 1000 there is an ad after every single puzzle.

• 98% of the time it’s the same ad and it has a false exit button, so you have to sit through a 30 ad after every puzzle.

• Twice I have received three stars in the last few days and did not receive the coin rewards.

• At some point in Aug 2020, it has become exactly the same “HERALD” letter scramble for 2-3 weeks in a row, in exactly same pattern/sequence.

For the last several days, ads keep popping up as though I have tapped on them, but I haven’t. They pop up in the middle of my games and show up in my browser. Also, I haven’t gotten the option for the free daily gift and video bonus. Is that feature gone or is my app on the fritz?

I am unable to continue playing because the screen will not respond. It is stuck on a place where a game is being suggested to play. No matter where I press on the screen, nothing happens. It is stuck in that spot and I have just purchased points so I am concerned that I will lose that purchase if I uninstall the game and then reinstall. What should I do?
