1 year agoI was sent the incorrect size on a Deadpool shirt. I ordered a large and received a 2XL.I followed the directions on their website and have had no replys.

I downloaded the app and tried creating an account once I opened the app. Already telling me an “oops an error occured, try again later.” So clearly it needs more work. Also doesn’t specify how exactly do you enter for the gift card. You download the app and then what? What confirmation or proof do you get that you’ve entered? You can add items to the cart but that’s it.

Ok the clothes they make are really good nothing wrong with that, but they have a horrible return system. I tried returning a doom hoodie that was too big when I sent it back they sent it back to me saying there was cat hair on it. I only tried it on once and put it right back in the box. There is no way my cats got into it. I will most likely buy from y’all again, but you really need to fix your return system.

The app is great and well made but if your someone like me, that has a job and stuff to do throughout your day dont bother ordering off the app you will have to sign for your package regardless of the shipping option, major flaw in the design
