Review of computer software for results

I believe that people that are getting results are older people with friends and family to help. You should make it as easy as possible for people to get the results. I’m an 71 year old by myself and I have a difficult time getting results. You should gear things down to people like myself. When I call the help line things are difficult there. Sometimes they tell you they will call back but you don’t know when if they call. Some of the help line people are not fully trained. Please fix this mess so people can get their results. I’m not trying to put your system down just make it easier to get the results they are looking for. Thank you for listening. I know you will do what is right for the patients. I will be back to get the results from my current test. Just do the right thing!

Oncology

I have been very disappointed with the oncology department. I have spent 6+ months being told that I have some form of lymphoma. I have had multiple PET scans, biopsies and blood work with no end results. My doctor could not remember, after 6 months and multiple reminders, that I did not have a spleen! (It’s in my chart!) After being fed up, I decided to go to the James at OSU. I DO NOT HAVE CANCER!!! I am on Medicare and feel like I was an easy money maker for someone. Btw, the no cancer was determined VERY quickly! I don’t understand how a Dr can not know his patients health history. Isn’t that kind of important?
Also, I have had many tests done for other reasons that ended up getting lost or not done properly. GET IT TOGETHER! I left St Elizabeth because I thought Christ would be a better hospital. I was wrong!!

Communication

I tried to get year end patient paid summary for taxes. The person on the phone couldn’t help me, wouldn’t connect me with a supervisor, because I was beyond my boiling point and didn’t want to say anything inappropriate I hung up. I called patient representative, very pleasant, sent message to director of billing to call me. It’s weeks later, nothing. Technology doesn’t help, it hinders the person to person communication and kindness.
They want us to figure everything out on computer, MyChart. Forget the elderly, non users.
Remember we’re humans, not robots and take the time to provide one simple service like a report- patient paid year end
It’s easy, other networks have it.
I’ve been in healthcare my whole life.
And to find or be given a number or person to speak with, that’s becoming unavailable as well.

E-check in procedure needs a update

The e-check in for a office visit is desperately begging for a modification. My wife had a scheduled appointment for a shot at her endocrinologist last Friday that was canceled twice last week due to various problems at their office. Finally got in for her visit yesterday April 22. Had to do a E-check in 3 times for the same appointment within less than a weeks time. Come on guys…there has to be a way to stream line a situation like this without going through the hassle of doing 3 separate e-check in’s for the same appointment

Always Room for Improvement

I never rate Five stars as there are Always Improvements Needed

The first to to interface this system with your text messaging system so that the patients do not receive duplicate and repeated messages reminding them to use E-Check In once the patient has already completed the procedure
Thank you

Nice to have

I use this all the time for family appts, health care, medicine list, messages, pay the bill, ChristHospitalHealthNetwork will post the appt to your calender on you phone, save time putting all the info in manual. The only thing I wish is they would put the time on the event like medicine given, test run, what ever they have done and if I pull a page down to have it update it just keeps spinning so you will be better to go out and back in again to have it update the event being done for medical care. But this is a good app to have we use it for the family.

Great until

Service was great until I tried to have a telemedicine call with my doctor at 11:40. They couldn't get me connected and had to reschedule for 2:00. I turned off Safari pop-up blockers off and as I was told to sign on. Still couldn't connect, and I had to come in the next day to the office anyway. Waste of two days. The appointment was to go over my refills of medication every six months, we've done this telemedicine before, that's what's so frustrating.

Won’t remember face sign-in or my password

That’s my complaint. When I try to sign in, ChristHospitalHealthNetwork will show the face recognition icon, then won’t sign me in. Then, after I get it setup again it will recognize me for a few times, then quit working when I don’t use ChristHospitalHealthNetwork for a few days.

Verbal assistance

The great thing about ChristHospitalHealthNetwork and the people in the office is that the response is generally almost immediate. I be never had to wait days to get an answer to either a message left via app or a phone call directly to the office.

Timely and Accurate

I like being able to get a picture of everything health wise that I have going on within the Christ network. A worthwhile improvement would be the ability to seamlessly link to any other health networks I am dealing with.

Delivery

Love this place, wish I came here for all my deliveries. The staff were very understanding and will listen to you. They also let us have moments of undisturbed sleep which was amazing. Also they didn’t pressure me when I denied certain vaccines! I will recommend this place go future mothers! ❤️❤️❤️

User Friendly

ChristHospitalHealthNetwork is straightforward and has made all the information I’ve needed concerning my healthcare within the Christ Hospital system easy to locate. Since I use multiple doctors within the system, I appreciate having my health records consolidated in one location. ❤️

I am happy

I am very happy with my CHRIST Hospital, app. I really appreciate being able to talk to my doctor via email. If I need a callback they definitely will so keep up the great job Christ Hospital. I have also been blessed to have amazing doctors thanking God the one that was not good for me is no longer there, I really don’t he should be practicing anymore. or at least go back and do more research learn a little bit more. But God knows all things. So everyone have a blessed day. Unfortunately I got a new phone so I don’t know if we’re supposed to have the all with the heart or picture of the hospital can someone please help me?

My Chart.

Im a new user to My Chart, I wish I had ChristHospitalHealthNetwork on my smart phone before but never new how easy it can be to have access to my records, meds, messaging and comments,
A 24hr portal with appointments times dates. all my info is very secure and convenient for me to access.
It sure is less stressful having ChristHospitalHealthNetwork.
Thank you to My Chart.

Dr. Mark Scott is our Life Saver!!

He isn’t God but he works with him to be more than just a doctor but to actually care about each patient as though they were His Family! He has saved my life numerous times. My sister would not be here today if it weren’t for his critical care! He cares about your health but also you’re every need! Thank you Dr. Scott you are my Hero!

Scheduling issues

I enjoy ChristHospitalHealthNetwork for test results and billing. But making appointments on ChristHospitalHealthNetwork is frustrating. If the provider is I. Listed as a current provider even though they are it is impossible to find them. There should be an option to type in the provider name and search for them.

All info in one spot

Love the Christ hospital app. Everything I need to know about my chart is quickly accessible including past and future appointments. Labs, tests, things to follow up on all there for easy access. If I go outside the Christ hospital network I have the info at my fingertips to be able to discuss with a different provider. Plus reminders are sent so I never miss an appointment. Convenient.

Superior patient care

This note is to Mitzi Hackworth regarding a member of her staff, Monett Mack. Monett did a superb job of caring for me today. I had to drink a very large iced water with contrast. When I finished I was so cold that I was shivering and cuddling in my jacket trying to get warm. Apparently Monett noticed my discomfort and turned up with a warm blanket. I was so appreciative and want to give her kudos for seeing an uncomfortable patient and took the extra time and effort to help me. Thank you Monett!

The Best Health Care on Plant earth

My doctor is the most professional and compassionate medical individual I have had an opportunity to work with. Serious, understanding ,
Exact in his attempt to exercise all options when it comes to your treatment. Medicine is blind like justice if all the facts are not considered before the outcome. Variables in his job can be daunting and he is excellent in is evaluations and exercising
Your treatment in a serious but personal way. He’s helped my family through very complicated serious things , always to the patients best resolve. Unprecedented!

Thanks Dr. Craig

My first review of the “New” Christ Hospital App.

My review of the Christ Hospital app is favorable because I am still able to do the things that ChristHospitalHealthNetwork was created for and that is communicating with my doctor and having access to my medical records without difficulty
