Hi! I reached out before and was told to uninstall then redownload the app and that it would let me back in. Thank you for that suggestion but unfortunately it did not work. I uninstalled the app and it continues to deny me access into the app. I can’t get into the app. I really need this interview. It’s been 2 months. I don’t want to keep being charged for an app I can’t use. $30 wasted for months of no access. My number is (619) 383-5512. I have an iPhone 8 with iOS 14.4.2. When I log in it immediately takes me back to the login screen. Please let me know if you need any other information!

Is there any way to change the format of the screen? My camera shows on a small portion of the screen when I start a video call and the rest of the screen is black. I want both parties to be full screen
