Very disappointed. Clearly you purchase this because of the Montblanc name as it is associated with luxury. You don’t purchase this because they’re known for audio quality. The earphones won’t charge properly. It is not at all clear about troubleshooting. I could never get one of the earphones to play. They won’t reset to factory settings. They say to watch wether it blinks blue and white. Mine never changed from blinking green. Despite charging and recharging the case and the earphones, MontblancSound kept telling one or the other earphones was at 0%. This despite the fact that the left one never played, only the right one. Bottom line, a lot of money and a lot of trouble.

I love the sound, look, and feel of the MTB 03s, but the constant disconnection just gets increasingly frustrating. My phone will be connected to the pods, but within MontblancSound it does not recognize them, which means I cannot adjust the EQ until I re-pair them in MontblancSound . This happens weekly. I also wish I could set a default EQ and ANC. I think the different EQ settings and even custom option are great, but having to go into MontblancSound to select my preferred setting every time I put them in is very annoying and not at all efficient.

I really like the MTB 03 earbuds, but MontblancSound has never recognized the earbuds and thus I have never gotten it to work. Clearly MontblancSound is not well tested. A shame from a luxury company to have such lousy tech.

It doesn't recognize even when connected it thinks it's not connected. Trash.

Useless app! Doesn’t recognize the headset. Doesn’t connect even store admitted MontblancSound is useless.
