Ok! I was so happy my dad just brought me a brand new iPhone 12 for Christmas,but when I transferred all my data to my new iPhone 12 when I downloaded my ichef app for that unit but I tried numerous of times for it connecting to my unit but didn’t come with nothing at all it was so frustrating I tried different things like connecting Bluetooth and WiFi but still it didn’t came of the success everything I tried had failed because my new iPhone didn’t picking the unit up I wouldn’t not recommend to anyone if I continue having issues with this experience with this unit please fix it explaining to me what I do wrong for it not connecting to this unit thank you!

I purchased to replace my instant pot but discovered It is basically useless because it doesn’t adjust the cooking times for high altitude. My instant pot did. Everything is under cooked. It also doesn’t calculate the correct liquid amount for anything less than typically 1cup. So if you are trying to make just one serving, less than 1cup, and using the scale to weigh, it tells you to add the same amount of liquid that you would for a full cup. Response to developer: I had already contacted your company before I wrote this review. They confirmed that both those things are true and didn’t know if your company was going to fix them or not.

This used to work well. Then you made a firmware update and an update to version 2.12.1 When I search for a recipe all that I see is six blank squares that attempt to load images. The whole idea of purchasing my ChefIQ over another brand of pressure cooker was the assistance to prepare the meals. My unit worked well when I bought it … then you started making “software improvements”. Don’t you test your software before general availability? Okay - what you did well: you did a great job of screwing up a really nice appliance that I enjoyed using. Thanks a lot!
