I love being able to listen to my part anytime and anywhere. I don’t have to download music from a website my director has it d as ready on ChoirMate .

I use it for my choir family and it works best for us

Outstanding app for managing everything to do with choir rehearsals. This has saved SO much time and pain using Dropbox folder and links (which nobody can ever find or navigate). The user interface is so simple, with practice lists that let you listen to score/part recordings while viewing the sheet music pdf file. Choir members have given great feedback and we can already hear the difference in rehearsals as choir members arrive having already learned their parts. I couldn’t imagine ever having to go back to Dropbox links and spreadsheets for managing set lists, practice lists etc. Amazing job and highly recommended!

As a former choir director, I now sing in a choir. We use Choir Mate and oh, how I wish I'd had ChoirMate to use with my previous choir! Our director posts part recordings, along with You Tube recordings of each song we sing. The messaging feature is awesome - she can message the group as a whole, or by section, or to individuals. As can we, the members! No more need for emails, especially with attachments. Instead, it's all here on ChoirMate .

ChoirMate is great for music uploads, audio files, and messaging between sections and within the entire choir. It’s really helped keep us organized

Easy to use. Self explanatory tabs. Everything is easy to find. Keyboard, Music Pieces, Recordings, Calendar. Very convenient to use even to send messages to the whole choir or as a private message.

I have not used it that much but when I need it, it’s always there and seems to satisfy all the things that I need. I’ll let you know if it’s a problem so far everything is OK. Respectfully, Randall Adkins

Long story short, ChoirMate smokes all other choir management apps, hands down. Our choir loves it. You have to try it out. It has so many features to make choir life a breeze.

ChoirMate has allowed us to really streamline our time management and notifications to members efficiently. It is very user-friendly and the creators have been very open to feedback. They are wonderful to work with! Great product!

Our chorus has been using this app for nearly a year, and we love it. Ease of access, we can upload practice tracks and access them nearly anywhere; sheet music is stored and accessible. We are probably not taking advantage as much as possible, but it is working for us. Practicing away from our regular session is so easy with this app!

I choir has been using this application for almost one year now and it is excellent. It makes sharing songs, important dates, sharing information, and managing your choir much easier. Additionally, the technical team is extremely responsive. Anytime I have had a question or even a feature request. I would highly recommend the application.
