Black Screen and Crashes
I keep getting a black screen where the video should be on startup. I’ve tried restarting my iPad, and reinstalling the app. Googled the issue and it seems like other people have had the problem but no one is offering any solutions. Really frustrating

App not working
I get a black screen (no camera capture) when I launch the app on my iPad Pro. Tried to reboot my device, no luck so far. Product description says my device is compatible.
