Relax Jigsaw Puzzle Reviews

I have been enjoying Relax puzzles for a good number of years. Excellent, relaxing game…until now. I don’t know what happened after your latest update but the game no longer shows my completed puzzles nor does it give me the option of continuing my current puzzle. Granted…sometimes I go a month or longer in between plays but really? Making a person start their puzzles all over again with no record of puzzles completed? This was a 5-star game…now it’s not even worth 2 stars! ***EDIT***. Developer staff has been totally unresponsive after multiple emails. For this reason I, lower the stars to 1.

Love this puzzle game. Was having no trouble at all until tonight it froze up on me and in order to play again I had to delete it which made me loose all my progress and awards. So frustrating because this was my favorite puzzle game. I had tried everything to unfreeze it like shutting down Ipad multiple times, unloading it from my iPad in settings and nothing. It was just a gray blank page everytime I opened it with a arrow at the top to go back and a prize box and kept hitting those and still nothing so I deleted it to see if that would get it back and it did but I lost all my puzzles I had finished with all my prizes and awards and puzzles bought but at least I Can do them again but frustrating and hope it does not do it again. But I was wrong download this again. and played twice and now frozen again and lost all progress again I took a screenshot but this does not give option to put it on here to show you

I love this puzzle but it is so annoying. Sometimes when I just try to get on it keeps taking me out or when I’m in and trying to move the pieces I have to keep working with them to get them to move, sometimes it freezes up and I have to keep getting out and going back in or restart my tablet. By the time I finally give up I’m ready to throw my tablet across the room. I have other puzzles I do that I don’t enjoy as much but they do not cause me this grief, so as much as I love doing these puzzles I think I’ll stick to them.

Love the puzzles and RelaxJigsawPuzzle ...BUT the puzzles have to be downloaded nearly EVERY time I want to play a puzzle. This is NOT relaxing and does not allow me to play any time anywhere without internet access as advertised. This is true for the collections I got by redeeming 'coins' AND the MULTIPLE collections I bought with my cash money. This is unacceptable on many levels. I want to download my puzzles ONCE and play any time any where I want especially when I pay my cash for the collections. If you cannot resolve this issue then I want a refund for all my cash purchases. I would really prefer that you fix the isuue so I only have to download puzzles when I buy them (or redeem coins). Thanks in advance for your attention to this matter.

I’m so freakin’ upset! I went into the OLDER version to work on ONE of the SEVERAL puzzles that I had in progress, and a message came up saying that the 2021 version needed to be updated. After the update was done, I went back in and found that this NEWER version, and mind you I was just in there last night doing a puzzle, was VERY DIFFERENT, and ALL of the puzzles that I had been working on were GONE!!! This has completely changed my outlook for doing the ONE thing that I always enjoyed doing - jigsaw puzzles!! A complete rip-off of the game and the puzzles that I had paid for!!! Yes, I realize that I ended my last sentence in a preposition, but I’m SO very angry!!! I want my money back!!

So here’s the thing. We all know that if we want to play these games for free we have to put up with ads. I get it. But…I put together a 96 piece puzzle and was interrupted three times while putting it together. I’m sorry but my other puzzle apps put their ads before and after the puzzle, but not in the middle of it. I completely disrupts the whole flow. This would be a great game otherwise. Lots of colorful free puzzles as well as ones you can get for coins. I just can’t tolerate all the interruptions. Offloaded it today, sorry guys.

I had a jigsaw puzzle app that I loved. When I opened it today, there was a message that I needed to update it. So RelaxJigsawPuzzle is what it “updated” to. I lost all the puzzles that had purchased! The interface is way less attractive. I will give it a try, but am NOT happy at this point! Stay tuned.
OK, I just finished a puzzle. I like the option to zoom the puzzle in/out. I like that there are more options for the color of the background. I’m not crazy about the fact that play is interrupted three times with ads. Stay tuned

It is very difficult to save a puzzle in your photos. It used to be easy…press the arrow and it turned red and thr puzzle was saved. In the last few weeks it has been difficult to save a puzzle. You have to press on the arrow over and over until it is saved. I could not save the 12/24 puzzle. I did the puzzle twice to see if I could save it the second time. I could not save it no matter how hard I tried. Please fix the save feature:

Too bad RelaxJigsawPuzzle had froze. Not working on my iPad. The new update screwed things up. I guess I’ll have to wait for next update in order to see if I can get into RelaxJigsawPuzzle . Too bad I really liked RelaxJigsawPuzzle☹️☹️☹️.
App is good now had to wait 4 days. I see the format is different and the screen doesn’t freeze up after playing for 10 mins. Before when I opened RelaxJigsawPuzzle the circle would reach 100 then freeze. So far all is good now and I’m sooooo happy. Love RelaxJigsawPuzzle.

Love these puzzles. Very enjoyable. Only problem that I have had is that it crashed one day and I had to delete RelaxJigsawPuzzle and reload it. I clicked on restore purchase but none of my previous puzzles were there. Also, the “Color” help button is now missing. I don’t mind those problems so much because I really do enjoy doing these puzzles regardless. They have many to choose from. Please let me know if I can recover the color button.

I’ve been playing this since September and I’ve been really enjoying this. I love completing the puzzles and the different themes. I especially love how I can make my own puzzles. In the game. However a major problem has occurred, after the last update the game has been crashing every time I tried to start playing on one of my own photos. The biggest reason why I got the game, and it always crashes every time I try to start it. I love the game but I would appreciate it if the problem was fixed in the next update. Thanks

When changes were made to RelaxJigsawPuzzle a few months ago, the ability to move back a few years to do some of the older puzzles. I’m working on May 2020 currently and the only way to access that month is to swipe. That’s awkward as well as slow going. Previously there was a back arrow to reach the older puzzles and it was MUCH faster. Please, please consider reinstating the old method. I love these puzzles and want to do as many as I can.

I love this puzzle game. I’ve had it forever and drop off occasionally but I always come back and I’ve been playing it almost everyday for weeks. I might be a liiiittle obsessed but that’s my own issue to work through 😂 it gets new puzzles every so often which keeps it fun. BUT I really really hope for more of the colorful ones like “refreshing drinks” and “vibrant animals” and “walk in the park” and “vibrant mood” and “mountain walk”. There’s lots of ones that have different colors but lots are fully green, or fully brown, or too close to similar colors like the houses and castles BUT those are more intricate and do take longer so if you like those then it’s perfect. The best part is that you can see the ENTIRE puzzle instead of breaking it up into smaller areas. Get more pretty colorful vibrant ones pleaseee! A few more background colors would be nice too but I’m more interested in the colorful pictures

I love this game. But beginning April 2, the daily puzzle won’t load and sometimes some of my puzzles collections won’t load. It is now April 17 and I have trouble every day getting puzzles to load. First the message is “downloading and splitting into pieces.” Second message is “taking longer than expected…etc”. Then it freezes and never loads.

Hi, I’m writing because I was doing puzzles everyday at 294 pieces, then suddenly it went from 294 pieces to 216 pieces and you can’t see the whole picture because it only lets you see 1/4 of the puzzle at a time so you can’t see your whole puzzle coming together. It also makes doing the puzzle much easier and less fulfilling. Also the points awarded went from 175 for the 294 piece puzzle to 60 points for the 216 piece puzzle. This went from being the best jigsaw puzzle site to one of the worst. Please return it to the way it used to be so I can enjoy doing these puzzles again. Also I sent you an email awhile ago when my screen kept freezing up on the puzzles. I deleted RelaxJigsawPuzzle from my screen and reloaded it and lost all the puzzles I had bought and all my points. You said you would try to give me back my points but you didn’t follow up. My ID for the game is: EYK9-G5ZG-J814.

So many categories,colors are brilliant,bright,beautiful, fantastic way to relax…RelaxJigsawPuzzle is totally awesome,best puzzle one yet I’ve done…my only comment is ….no way to receive help if an issue as I purchased $4.99 for no ads,additional coins and access to all puzzles,the payment was completed however I didn’t get anything for my money..still ads,no coins,no access to all puzzles ,but I’ll keep playing and recommend RelaxJigsawPuzzle just don’t buy the NoAd !

This is, by far, the most enjoyable puzzle app/game there is!!!
You can pay $ for new puzzle collections or save up puzzle points, which are determined by the number of puzzle pieces you choose, and whether it’s your first completed puzzle of the day. For example, a completed 900 piece puzzle will garner 300 puzzle points for the first puzzle of the day. Puzzles vary from 150 ~ 900 pieces. There is a wide range of puzzle collections, ie.: cities from around the world, fantasy, horses, outer space, nature, boats, vintage cars, fast cars, dogs, cats, desserts, Korean food. There’s hundreds more!!! They also have nice background music.
Download RelaxJigsawPuzzle …you won’t regret it.

I rarely write reviews as what might please me may not please someone else and vice versa so what does my opinion matter? But if you love jig saw puzzles you’ll love this game. If you love good music you will leave the music on as I did and I never gave done so before. The music isn’t just one tune but several. These developers understand what monotony does. In fact I see myself getting out my guitar and playing it once learned. I guess I cannot rate this game any higher but would if I could.
My only difficulty with this game is figuring out how to rotate the pieces. It says to do so in the rotation setting but where is that? I think the game could use better directions on how to rotate pieces. Help please!! Much appreciated.

I’m so sick of game and puzzle apps false advertising. When I download an app, I’ve seen advertised, I expect it to be played exactly the way it’s advertised. The fact you can’t trust these ads to be what they advertised is annoying and I usually delete them when I find out. This so called RELAX PUZZLES advertises these beautiful unique flower puzzles, but there’s none anywhere on RelaxJigsawPuzzle. I’ve even deleted RelaxJigsawPuzzle and reinstalled it thinking it was a glitch. But it’s not. Stop advertising what you know good and well is not there. If by some slim chance it is there and I am just over looking it, please by all means tell me where! I will gladly retract my complaint and apologize.

AND TO THOSE COMPLAING ABOUT RelaxJigsawPuzzle FREEZING, SOME COMPLAINS OVER A YEAR AGO, SOME FYI…ITS STILL FREEZING UP.

I’ve tried all the top puzzle apps out there and deleted every single one except this one because this one is a joy to use. I love how easy it is for each of my kids to choose a fun puzzle and then select the # of pieces. When making progress on a puzzle, an encouraging note will pop up. This one’s a keeper 👍
