When I try to log back in the keeps my points, it will NOT send me a link to reset my password!!! why y’all wanna mess with stuff!!! I guess I’m gonna loose over 700 points because a lack of the page won’t even load to send me the link!!! 🥾🥾🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️

I’m trying to register and it keeps saying error try again later…and no I did not have it before 5/25.

I have a rewards card but I don’t like the fact that in order to be able to have a sunny saver card I can’t use the debit card I get my paycheck deposited on, it only lets me do a checking account but I don’t use a checking account. You should be able to link any card as long as you have the routing and account number

Most pumps won’t scan the barcode and even when they scan there’s no drop in the gas price (which is suppose to be .10 off) definitely not worth the time and hassle to take up space on ur phone!!! I’ve even tried to scan inside the store and still no difference!!

I’ve had SunStopRewards for over a year. I’ve scanned it, I’ve entered the mobile ID manually…I’ve never once gotten the discounted gas price as advertised.

Says can’t use mobile app with a rooted device.
My phone is a iPhone 6s Plus with the latest update and not jail broken or rooted.
Would like to see this issue fixed.

App really is not worth the download .
I first attempted to use it Ozark and didn’t work .
I just tried in Dothan , Guess what ? It don’t work and the price on the sign was 1.69 and I paid 1.79 and gas at sams club is 1.65
Both attempts I paid the max price for gas and could bought for .14 less today .
I don’t have any problem with Southeast Oil , Just there awful app that don’t work .
I’ve called the corporate opt 2 and never received a call back so they must know how bad the program is and ashamed to return my call .

This situation with Sunstop “Sunny Saver Debit” needs streamlining. I’ve been trying to get all my information together for over a month now!
My checking still does not show that any transaction had taken place! My cards have been linked and registered. I was given two pin numbers yesterday which neither worked! I am not stupid; I cannot get this dang card to work! Please help!!

SunStopRewards seems to work fine, but most of the pumps I go to won’t scan or have problems accepting rewards. Most of the time not worth the extra hassle it presents.

I’m at the pump. My card did not give me a discount. There is no where to ask for help on SunStopRewards . I’m disappointed that I went out of my way to come to this gas station and I can’t even be a loyal customer.

I wish there were more rewards for more items but good app

I have had several loyalty apps and this by far is the best one I have ever used. I can’t wait to rack up the savings!!!!

I redeemed 90 cent/gallon for a 16 gallon diesel fill up! Forgot to pay with Sunny Saver card for another 10 cent or $1.00/ gallon off! Won’t happen again. Fun to roll that pump price back!
