Will not download and a screen comes up that says error.generic.title

When you open the app it will not load it goes and says oops

The cowboy channel keeps kicking me out

Paid for the all inclusive package to see the NFR and it won’t let me view it - keeps saying I need to upgrade. Subscription and payment went through with no issues.

I have paid for my subscription and can not log in. It says I have to buy another subscription when I try that it says I already have an account. I look forward to watching the finals every year. I have bank records and a receipt from the cowboy channel that says I've pain but can't get connected. Please respond back.

I paid $119.99 on Sept. 5,2023 for 1yr, now I get notice on screen I have to have a subscription, I can't watch now, please correct this ASAP.

My father is having issues with the cowboy channel plus channel on his firestick. When attempting to stream videos it's giving him a "oops something went wrong" message. How can we get resolved?

We've had the Cowboy Channel + streaming service for years and it works well. Purchased the extra $99 subscription so we could watch the NFR on our Cowboy Channel + but started watching tonight then about 9:00 it went off and now all it gives me is an error message. No matter which device I use, it doesn't work. Deleted it off of our ROKU and rebooted the ROKU then added the channel back in and it still just gives me an error message. So FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!

The channel shows a error message frequently saying the video can't be played. Happens multiple times every time we watch the channel.

I bought the Cowboy Channel Plus app in January. The app spends as much time buffering as broadcasting. I thought it was my slow internet, but I got that upgraded and it did no good. The technician said it must be a problem with the app itself since live streaming doesn't buffer on our TV. Can you re-send the signal and see if that helps. It is really annoying to see those bulls hang in the air so long and timed events are not fun to watch. Thank you for any help or suggestions you can give. The technician even brought up Youtube and there was no buffering there.

You know I applaud your efforts cowboy channel, and I’ll re up when it’s time but damn you guys have a lot of room to improve. This app does not work about as often as it does. Very frustrating!

We are not able to watch the cowboy plus channel tonight because it says we do not have a subscription yet on the 27th of July you held out 106.oo on our checking account through Roku. How do we get this issue fixed?

Doesn’t matter what we do we can’t get live or western sports roundup to play we’ve canceled and reinstalled app trying to get it to play Paid for money taken but still no go Get notifications saying playing but can’t get on to them very frustrating would like some help from cowboy channel
