Interface not intuitive. Banking functions take at least twice more clicks to get to than the old Alfa app. Old Alfa app is much easier to navigate. It feels that Sense app has little sense about helping with banking operations
Counterintuitive interface & arbitrary credit limit reduction

The new app is confusing and counterintuitive than the old app. The bank arbitrarily reduces credit limits despite timely payments!
