How to fix Soli app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Soli app on iPhone
Update Soli app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Soli iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Soli on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Soli network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Soli Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Soli not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Soli App
1. On android, goto Settings » Soli » click [Force Stop]

Update Soli to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Soli App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Soli » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Soli.

Fix Soli unable to contact server/ Soli internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Soli » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Soli » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Soli
