Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Tiger Lights app issues:

Force Stop the Tiger Lights App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Tiger Lights app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Tiger Lights to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tiger Lights App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Tiger Lights app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Tiger Lights.

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
