Just a few things
The app is awesome but one thing that kept me slightly off focus in my breathing was the timer. There should be a way to turn it off and also the timers numbers switch from horizontal to vertical and back which is also distracting.

Trying this app put for the first time! In a fast pace world it’s difficult for us to just stop and be still, in the present moment. I’m starting with the 5 minute inhale/exhale exercise and plan to work my way up. Baby steps. Great app!
