I dont remember signing up for this chair exercise, Please refund me from my account and Im not interested, I might have opened up and checked out your service, but I didnt sign up and please Im on ss and cannot afford this
I am trying to cancel my subscription. I have tried all of the recommendations from the 3 tech. I am not paying 5.00 to cancel my subscription. I want to speak to a human being. I am on the verge of contacting my lawyer. I have already notified my bank to stop allowing this payment.
I cannot get my refund back because I did not see the refund cancel button and I hit cancel and now they are telling me I cannot get my refund, nor can I reverse anything. I think this is very unfair and also I was not aware of even subscribing. I need to go to upper management about this. No customer service number!

The ad showed a fat person dancing so I thought it might be a rare size-inclusive, body positive fitness app. I started answering the initial questions, specified that I wasn’t interested in losing weight, yet it went on to ask me what areas of my body I want to “improve” and what my weight and “goal weight” are. Couldn’t bypass the questions so I won’t be using the app. Bummer. Maybe it’s time for the developers to consider that people might want to dance for reasons other than changing their body.
Update: Developer’s “sorry, but” faux apology response really didn’t help. Do better.
Misleading

Love the idea, but don’t like the current state, might check back in 6 months. I installed and went through the onboarding, it said to select all styles I was interested in but I could only select 4 and there doesn’t seem to be a good reason why. I also couldn’t see anything in the app without subscribing first. I like that there’s a lifetime pass with a reasonable price, but once I was in the app I saw why. Browsing the content by style, most categories don’t even have enough lessons to be able to scroll through them, there are very very few instructors or lessons to choose from. The controls for a video are very good, but that’s irrelevant when I can’t choose from much and most styles aren’t fleshed out with moves of a range of difficulties. I also hate that there’s a lot of hip hop lessons but hardly any made by non-white dancers, I don’t want to learn white washed hip hop, that’s embarrassing. I also don’t like that you can’t bookmark or save a lesson to come back to later, and I tried to hit the share button to see if that had a save option but it just gave an infinite spinner and I had to quit out. I asked for a refund because I’m not confident this app will still be around in six months, but if it is and it’s got more content, I’ll probably check it out again.
Terrible for instructors

This app is a great idea, but I downloaded the app to become an instructor and teach but I can’t even get through to sign up process. after I put in all my info, bio, picture, and video after I press done to submit and apply it just says “compressing” with a loading circle that is endless and never submits. I am very disappointed I was looking forward to possibly using this app as a great side hustle and to share my skills and ideas
