This game was better before. Difficulty wise. The game was a little boring before but now its spiced up. The thing is that you guys have made it WAYYY TOOOOO HARD to complete the quests. I was here for the freeplay but now I find out that you HAVE to complete these quests that can take DAYS to complete. After category 1, the quest take TOO LONG to complete. They’re VERY hard and you have to circle the map multiple times for a fee quests to complete the objectives, but sometimes you cant turn anymore so you end up in land then you die after circling the map for 20 minutes. This game has very very great huge potential. There just has to be a better balance between the difficulty and just having fun. My number one favorite about HurricaneOutbreak tho is the developers. I noticed that they do listen to the reviews and add almost all suggestions, but they went a little overboard with the quests. At least make freeplay playable without completing quests or at least make the quests a lot more reasonable. Thank you

You need to add way more updates not bug fixing there’s no new gameplay and four years you changed the gameplay 4 years how much time do you have? you have none. You need new gameplay you need an endless mode how to get the endless mode is to complete all the quests in category 1. I really like this game but there’s just it’s boring. No one likes the updates even if it’s years for one bug. You literally need more updates No one likes your updates too. It’s just bug fixing bug fixing and ad fixing ad fixing. No one cares about your bug fixing. No one cares about your fixing. No one cares about some a game that has literally no updates. It’s just bug fixing bug fixing What do you do in a game that has literally no updates and you’re the one that made it literally, you need more gameplay. Besides, I play another one. I just wanna tell you that. there was just two of you guys. you guys there’s only two hurricane games in App Store. I need to scroll down to go to you auto taken there. Everybody doesn’t play your game anymore probably I don’t know but it’s just that you don’t know gameplay matters new gameplay matters please go on to my review. You’re already on it, I just want to tell you guys that I want all the hurricane games all the hurricane games are on computer and I’m sad. Oh yeah for the endless mode one you should make it that like you copy to category 10 then you just do unreal ok you just have to make it better

It’s so impossible to complete it because you gotta add something and it’s where it’s smaller hurricane it makes your hurricane not as big but your small hurricane, little bit bigger than average so this is something that I need that but these clouds keep making me become category five and it’s impossible to stop that from happening so I keep lowering my category. It fails it fails it fails it fails it’s a very horrible game so please put these in and it’s gonna be great.

I payed the 3$ for the global warming extension for this game because i thought it would be fun let alone once i get to have my hurricane upgraded to category 5. BUT when i was at category 4 theres a quest called Terra Do Brasil that wants you to reach Distrito Federal, which i had no idea where that is so i looked it up on multiple apps/ websites and it all seemed to be the same spot and the game wouldn’t mark it as reached so i could never get the quest done and get the category 5 fun i wanted. Please developers i know you have a busy life but just fix this one thing that stops the game from being completed and it will be perfect.

This is a great game, and a good way to pass the time. You feel like you’re Mother Nature herself, growing hurricanes to their full potential, causing damage to cities and countries. It’s entertaining in a sadistic way.

The only issue I have is after upgrading, there’s no way to take the upgrade away. If you upgrade to leech2 the hurricane will never decrease strength over land. It makes it impossible to win any of the later scenarios. You stuck replaying old scenarios which gets old after a few days. I would love to see an update where you can uncheck the upgrades, to mix and match them. As it is now once you upgrade there’s no going back and the game pretty much ends if you upgrade to much to fast.

It’s a good game, and I recommend playing it. Just don’t upgrade anything outside of the recommended until the scenarios have been beat.

I really like this game but we need new maps like enable Canada and Bermuda make a Pacific Ocean and the Indian Ocean because I want to see new changes to this game and the size needs to change I love how you made the game different with California and new maps and places but I want Japan and China and the Koreas you can make levels out of them to like cyclone Tracy in the Australian region and Vera and haiyan in the Pacific Ocean for the Philippines and japan to but I want to see damage the hurricane or typhoon or cyclone cost or damage I want to see new changes please

This game is good, but I encountered a problem with one of the skills. I had gotten to cat 3 in a few hours and I wanted to take a break. So I did, and I came back just a few hours later, only to find out that I could no longer play the game. When I came back to the game on the Panama Canal Crossing, I had lost my land resilience and my leech skill. This gas cause me to not be able to make landfall anywhere without dying. This was such a shame to me because I was having a lot of fun with the game. Maybe this is just some random bug that no one else has encountered, but if multiple people have encountered it, then it should be fixed immediately.

The game was really fun until the Category five quests. I wanted to reach Free Play, but ended up giving up on the first Category 5 quest because it says to hit places at certain categories, but whenever I try I reach category five and can’t weaken so I have to keep restarting. There should be a way to purposefully weaken because otherwise the game is impossible

Okay, so im in category 3 right now, the game is pretty fun, but this one bug is getting me STUCK on the quest Target Jamaica. So i have the upgrade “Land Creature” Which lets me grow on land, but now, its not working. Im refreshing HurricaneOutbreak and stuff, it wont stop draining the MPH instead of growing it, land creature is supposed to grow the MPH not just sit there and let it drain. Im not gunna let myself have wasted hurricane tokens on an upgrade that wont work. Please fix this. Thank you!

Game is good, but it would be really nice to have more of an actual free mode or even a sandbox mode of sorts where we can change the sea levels and modify our Hurricanes. I dont really care about fighting for leaderboard positions.

Suggestions: Tornados, Sandstorms, etc would be a great addition. I feel like they would fit well within the bounds of how the game currently works. The models wouldn’t even neccessarily need a very large change either, perhaps tweak the colors and a few other aspects.

Game has alot of potential, would love to see some changes.

This game is pretty fun to kill time on. Though I’d like to be able to deselect upgrades to change the difficulty. Also it would be cool to see more stats, like a list of all the countries and cities you affected and how much damage they received etc.
Also there appears to be a glitch at the end of a game where the country of the “most damaged city” also applies to the “most deaths in city” even when it’s incorrect, I had a game where the most damage was in a city in Barbados but the most deaths were in “Santo Domingo, Barbados” which is a city in the Dominican Republic, not Barbados

I adore this game. I’ve played it nearly everyday since I downloaded it last year in September. I’m a junkie for hurricanes and hurricane history and I like to make little storylines about the hurricanes I make in the free play section of this game. Even after having my house destroyed in Ida this year I still play it.

A few suggestions, add a season mode where the goal is to create the highest ACE you can instead of just one storm causing damage/deaths. Include water temperatures to the map as well as areas of available convective energy for the storm to tap into.

Give them names. At the end of the storm include a map of the track of the storm. Instead of the plain white trail include the color codings they use to signify the different categories. Have a new bulletin come across the screen a la some pandemic games.

But the biggest one: allow the player to remove the upgrades after they’ve already allowed them. The fully upgraded storms are too powerful considering the population doesn’t even try to escape the path. “Realistic” free play is hardly realistic if you can’t turn off all the upgrades you’ve earned/paid for.

Really want more games like this to be created. It’s really niche but I’d pay full price for something like this but scaled up with a good mix of arcade fun and scientific meteorology nerd stuff

Honestly, I find it somewhat enjoyable on late nights or long car rides with nothing else to do. I do feel like some aspects could be improved. For one, the hurricane shape stays the same, no matter the strength and it only increases in size.

I also find the improvements tree to be lacking. Many of the upgrades are fairly expensive, and with no way to replay levels, it can be frustrating to not be able to buy those upgrades.

And one additional comment: Why should we be incentivised to slow evacuation and preparation? I thought our goal was to get people to prepare and evacuate.

This game is SUPER fun and I’ve been enjoying it until recently. You see
the quests are started to get a little too hard. The developers are really cool, but they just did a little too much on the category 4-5 sections. Another problem of mine was the abilities. They all work fine, except for leech and land creature. What leech does is to make the hurricane
stronger by doing damage. What land creature does is to make the hurricane more resilient on land. But today when I got on, the abilities didn’t even work. I even tried resetting the game and going back in to the quest but they still didn’t work, and plus those are like the best abilities you can get. So devs, pls fix. Thanks

The game is just really good expect the quests are SO HARD AND TAKE TOO LONG. Also, I feel like the track of the storm is just boring. Make colors corresponding with the storm category. Also, I dont really know what just “damage” is so can y’all add like a currency to the damage. Also, I really want new modes like an online mode where you try to beat another person’s storm or a season mode where you make your own season or try to get as much ACE as possible. And the game is so unrealistic and no one prepares or evacuates for a hurricane/tropical storm. I also really want a typhoon mode or setting where it’s the same game except there are typhoons in the pacific. Overall the game is good just you can add on and make it better especially for people interested in tropical weather.

I really liked it when it was free play. But you have to complete all the quest to get to free play. So if you could also have free play as an option to because I used to love this game but now I don’t really like it because the quest are really hard and I seen all the reviews. About how they’re really hard so if you could please change that thank you very much.

Love this game. Very addictive. The Update I would love to see and I want to see it so buy; I’ll buy it if I have to. The updates I would like to see on the Realistic Freeplay is that we can make a name list like the real storms; we can choose the starting point; see all the past storm tracks; we could see watches and warnings; and if the map could be zoom out more. If we can get that; I’ll update HurricaneOutbreak quickly, even if I have to buy the update.

Overall, I love this game. However, the Leech Ability has somewhat not working properly, it used to keep the storm living longer over land. But overall, I think the time limit in the free play should be removed. And the storm shape and size could use a little work too. Overall, I’d love this game.

This game is really fun to do free play and redo levels and stuff like that but I have a few recommendations:you could add levels for different areas like being able to have typhoons cyclones, etc. also, whenever you gain strength or lose strength your hurricane doesn’t change shape it just gets better. I think this would definitely help the game. It would also be cool if you could pick the month for the hurricane for levels and stuff like that.

Been playing the game for years.. I got away from it for some time came back to the expanded map which I did like but starts to feel limited very fast wanting to hit all the lands around the oceans within the temperature and tropics.. I spent money in hopes to support my wanting this to become realistic I’ll wait another couple months then I’ll redownload HurricaneOutbreak with better hopes

I bought the Land Creature, but after a while of playing, it just doesn’t work when I go on land, apparently, if you have the land creature and your hurricane makes landfall, it grows bigger by a lot. But for some reason it didn’t work. Every time I went on land my hurricane decreases. Please fix this bug.

I really like this game for the first few quests but when I reached the last quest as a category four I can’t complete it because distro federal I already passed and nothing happened I kept doing it three times and as soon as I can do a category one I shut off the game and I tried it again and nothing worked when I’m trying to say is it’s a little bug in that part I don’t wanna leave the game and delete it otherwise I’ll lose all of my information in progress when I’m trying to say here is fix that glitch and if you can actually get pass it then I don’t get it basically I’m just giving it five stars because it’s good but it definitely could be less glitchy here also I like the updates you given it

I looooove this game but 3 things one the levels are wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy to hard although I did complete them still next I was really looking forward to free play and then finally I got free play and I found out that you have 10 min 10 MINUTES!!!!!!! I want infinite time please fix this next why is global warming 3$ I should be free if you fix the last too not only will I tell my friends to play this I will tell my whole family to play this and give it 5 stars and if you don’t fix the last one I’ll still by global warming gust please give infinite time for free play please and thank you now I’m going to play this game and ask my mom for global warming
