How to fix Music app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Music app on iPhone
Update Music app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Music iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Music on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Music network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Music Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Music not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Music App
1. On android, goto Settings » Music » click [Force Stop]

Update Music to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Music App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Music » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Music.

Fix Music unable to contact server/ Music internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Music » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Music » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
